Brianna's Sweet Treats

Ordered a cake two weeks in advance, when I went to pick up the day of was told my order was misplaced by the store manager. Brianna was amazing and put together a cake in less than 4 hours for my event and delivered it herself to my house. For that I am so thankful and was truely amazed. I would love to say the cake was outstanding and that the day was saved. It was good, but not great, I could tell it had been rushed and done under pressure. There was an area of the cake where a mistake was made and the icing was retouched and was very noticeable. Icing was very sweet, cake batter was no different than boxed brand and a bit dry. Overall, I felt the quality of the cake was effected by it having to be rushed. I think the baker is extremely talented however poor this shop has poor management and organization which is likely to blame. Misplacing an order is never okay and judging by comments made that day I could tell mine wasn’t the only order missed.

Briana and her staff are very accommodating with lots of options. I'd recommend her place to anyone. Phenomenal freshly baked goods. My favourite are the red velvet cupcakes. And I love her personalized mini/smash cakes!

I ordered 80 tarts in a variety of flavors for my wedding in February. The customer service provided by the employees at this shop has been fantastic. Brianna made it very easy for me to place the order over e-mail and always responded to any questions I had very quickly. The sample tarts that we tried were absolutely delicious and also looked very cute!Unfortunately on the day of the wedding the order never arrived. We found out on the following Monday after speaking with the owner that our order was misfiled and had been missed entirely. The owner was very apologetic and provided a refund promptly. While we were disappointed that we did not get to serve our guests tarts at our wedding, my husband and I understand that mistakes happen. I would suggest that customers confirm their orders in the days prior to receiving them to ensure that nothing is forgotten.

I went into the store to inquire about bridesmaid proposal cookies. Brianna seemed very cold, and actually told me to message her on Facebook instead, and walked away. I then facebook messaged her, and i never got a reply. I would not recommend her, and i hope she improves her customer service. It has been 4 months, and I still haven't received a reply, even after messaging her again expressing my disappointment with her professionalism.

Although I had to do a lot of the decorating of the cake per the picture I had given Brianna, (lollipops, sprinkles etc) she had done an amazing job on my daughters cake. I always worry that custom cakes won’t taste good but it was amazing! Everyone loved it! Would recommend Brianna :)

I Ordered a unicorn cake for my daughters birthday party, it looked great, tasted great and they came in $40 dollars under the ludicrous price I was given at an unnamed competitor.

When my now-wife and I first began the wedding planning process, we wanted to ensure the food at our wedding was top-notch - including our desserts. My wife was set on cupcakes on a cupcake tower and a small 6-inch cake on top. Brianna worked with us to make this possible! The day of our wedding, the cupcakes were fantastic! My wife and I watched the guests not only go back for seconds and thirds…a few guests, event asked if they could take the extras home!Brianna, the owner, was awesome and flexible. Any event in the future where I need cupcakes, desserts, cakes, etc I will definitely go to back to her!

I visited Brianna’s Sweet Treats after seeing the pictures of milkshakes posted on the stores social media. The milkshakes I received looked nothing like the photos and I wasn’t offered the variety of flavours in the pictures. The quality was average. I could make the same quality product, if not better, at home. I would like to support a local business, but will not be returning. The pictures on social media are deceiving.

Had a picture of what I wanted the cake to look like. The picture had fondant on it and detail. When I picked the cake up, the entire cake was done in icing without fondant decoration. They spelt the name on the cake wrong which I didn’t notice until I opened it at the party. It looked like they were too lazy to put any details on it. The bottom of the cake was overdone, and there were parts of the cake where the egg hadn’t been mixed in properly. The staff was amazing, they were so nice and accommodating. Just wish that the quality of the cake matched the service I was given.
