Best Western Plus Pembina Inn & Suites

Update: Second morning, there was basically no lineup for breakfast. I guess it could have been a one-time crazy morning that caused the lineup thebfirst day of our stay.Starting with check-in, Linda was one of the friendliest front desk workers that I have ever encountered. She was an absolute delight to deal with. The room was very clean, maybe a little on the small side but quite satisfactory. The people in the room beside us decided to leave the lock on their door turned so it wouldn't shut and then proceeded to go in and out of their room, letting it bang closed multiple times at 6:30 am. It's not the fault of the hotel other than I could hear it so well that it startled my daughter, and I both awake. Finally, the breakfast, the food selection is great. However, the lineup to get it was unlike any hotel I have been to. Waited in line for over 30 mins. I'm not sure how they can correct this, but it was unsatisfactory. Then, not surprisingly, there were items that were empty and not even a bowl to be found for cereal. Luckily, we weren't in a hurry, or we would have gone hungry.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Definitely an older Hotel, but the staff was super friendly, and the hotel was very clean. The pool is small, so when there are lots of people in the pool you really notice it. The tiles around the pool are also super slippery. Noticed more than a few kids wiping out and getting hurt. Really had to remind my kids to go slowly. Will definitely go back!

The thing that stood out was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and owner. Rooms were nice and clean. Very comfortable beds, wonderful breakfast selections.

i kept on getting noise complaints for walking in my room and something dropping in my room. i said i’d go to another hotel and they were like no we will investigate but they didn’t. Overall experience 3/10

Great and central location. Spacious rooms (albeit quite dated) but still clean and comfortable. All the staff were very polite and pleasant and the complimentary breakfast (although being quite basic) was a nice touch.

I did not give five stars only because of the poor parking. Twice after arriving after 8pm after visiting there were limited parking spaces available and the ones that were, were so narrow that if I parked in them I could not open the doors of my vehicle to get out. There were oversize vehicles as well as cube vans taking up a lot of the available parking. This is an issue that should be controlled by the hotel

The hotel and rooms were clean, rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. There were plenty of parking spaces. The customer care was exceptional from the booking, checking in and out, and everything in between. Staff was very welcoming, always friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with much variety. We were too busy and didn’t get a chance to swim, so can’t comment on that, but hope to next time. We will definitely stay here on our future trips to the city.

Excellent breakfast and seating area. Fresh coffee in the lobby every time I passed through.Room was spotless and spacious. Swimming area was well used days I was there. Easily the best parking setup for luxury coaches I have found. I was able to drive right up to the doors with my 54 passenger bus without any vehicles, curbs, shrubs causing interference.

Hotel exceeded my expectations! I have never stayed in a hotel where ALL the staff were so kind and helpful!Would absolutely stay here again!

We were delighted by our experience at the Best Western Plus Pembina Inn. Right from check-in it was obvious they cared about making sure we would have a good experience. Breakfast were tasty and included in the room charge, the beds were amazing! I usually wish I had my own pillows but they were incredibly comfortable. And the decor was all upgraded with a good price for what we got. I’ll gladly stay here in the future.
