this is a cute Chinese restaurant. this place has good service and DELICIOUS CHICKEN BALLZ. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IF U LOVE CHICKEN BALLZ

Excellent food after a long days travel. Pricing is typical of a northern town accommodating tourists, but wow the beef fried rice had large pieces beef in the container, egg foo young was four saucer sized portions..the curried chicken was creamy and very flavourful no heat but oh so tasty curry, the beef and broccoli was well balanced and not too skinny on the beef..pricey-yes but I don't mind paying for this quality!. Great Job King's Cafe!!..you've gained two more fans Thank You!

It was my first time there and the food was amazing. Best chicken balls I've ever had and their home made sweet and sour sauce is the only one I have ever liked.

Refered by locals. Great staff/service & quick. Almond shrimp, yum. Sauce for chicken balls was different. Needs refresh, seats well worn in.

Food was not good, sliced chicken placed on top of rice and chop suey was cold. Service needs improvement! It had been years since we had been to this restaurant. Won't go back, disappointing.

Wow. I should have walked out when the food was served. Dropped a tip for the very kind server and refused to pay for the worst food I've ever been served. Cold chicken slices on a bed of rice with soy sauce was the chicken fried rice. We stopped to eat at John's next door and they were closed. We figured, oh well, not what we wanted but okay. We should have driven on. Sorry to make such a bad review, but it had to be said.

Absurd pricing. How is this possible? Double or more the cost of regular Chinese food prices. $14.15 for fried rice, $17.15-20.70 for a single combo meal. No fortune cookie?Food is fresh but very bland / no seasoning. Chicken fried rice didn't even have a mix of chicken or veggies in it just strips of chicken on top of plain fried rice...really?Super small chicken ball pieces too.$98.20 dinner for four..... absolutely absurd.Either increase the quality / portions or down with the prices.

The new owners have tried to keep the food quality the same as the previous owner who had the best Chinese food I've ever had but are not coming close at all. Every time it's a hit or miss with their food quality and taste. Not sure why new owners of a successful restaurant have to screw up a good thing every time.

Had takeaway. Chicken fried rice... maybe there was a chicken in the room, but it wasn't in the rice. This place is a disaster.
