My Mom and I really, really enjoyed our first visit, had a hard time leaving, as we kept finding more items to try and loved the range, quality and price of the items we had gotten - bathing suits, pants, rompers, cashmere sweater and even a sequined bolero ! Will definitely be back - lovely and warm customer service :)

No welcome but quick to let me know they were closing at 3:00 pm. Unimpressed that such a quaint little shop who relies on the support of customers who bring in their gently used clothes would have such poor customer service. Not from Port Dover and not aware that they were closing at 3:00 pm. After all how many people actually look at the hours posted ?!! Just a reminder, anyone who steps into your shop could potentially buy something even if it is a small item. Giving 10 minutes would have shown compassion and flexibility.

Pros: Excellent customer service when buying. :) Cons: Beware as a seller when you bring in clothing. One time you may receive a reasonable in-house credit (cashmere dollars) and next time you may be very disappointed. It’s not a typical consignment. Nor do you get cash. No splits. Just a calculated amount based on your items in the form of a credit" Therefore

Beware if you are a seller, you might find you are donating instead. (Owners words) I have brought lots of items into the store but this last time I was told I missed the 6 months cut off to pick up my credit, I had the 6 months posted in my calendar and I still had a week left. I am a Florida snowbird so I time everything by 6 months, as some people might understand. Very disappointed with the attitude I received, I was told I was splitting hairs and hung up on me. 6 months is 6 months in my book.I am disappointed as the store has a good concept but no one is perfect, mistakes can be made. Give a token credit and apologize for getting rid of the earned credit too soon. My last credit was 75.00 so I do bring saleable items.Sad this could not be rectified to keep a loyal Dover customer.

Very nice selection of gently worn clothing. Really pleasant set up. Customer service is excellent! Huge selection of wedding dresses.
