Good selection of shoes. But the sale guy wasn't pro !

I always visit this place and always think the same: service is very good and I love the variety of shoes. Went two weeks ago to realize that the shoes I was looking for, were on sale, so my daughter and me bought the same model, different colors. Amazing!

Good place, not a huge variety on sale. Size selection is also somewhat limited. Friendly staff.

They have je worst customer service . The district manager doesn’t do the follow ups and she ignores the complaints. Aldo is company that frauds their clients and they’re ok with that . They will lie to you straight in your face and they won’t be sorry . I had the worst customer service ever . Bottom line just don’t buy with them , they have bad after sales policy.

The staff are friendly to approach but there’s only 1 girl working the floor. Sometimes u have to wait. I purchase some jewelry, I wish they offer a small pouch to put in. Instead it was wrap in paper.

this review meant for aldo (shoes) at carrefour laval and Not aldo accessories.AVOID THIS PLACE.Ordered twice from that place;first time, the employee did not know how to order the item to my house; fine; she ordered it to an other aldo store downtown, I requested it to be aldo at centre eaten, but again she ordered it to a different aldo at saint catherine, fine, people make mistakes. went there on two different occasions after i have received an email from aldo saying that order was received; first time the day after, second time the week after; but the order was not in store!! the staff at saint catherine resolved the issue and returned my money.Second time, I ordered an item from carrefour laval again and requested it to be delivered to my house!! I didn’t get an email; I asked the staff why I didnt get an email, she said don’t worry there might be a delay for a confirmation of email. A week after, still didn’t receive an email; went to aldo sainte catherine to ask if they can track my order, they said wait and see at your home, maybe you will receive it soon, if you don’t get it in another week go to carrefour laval as they can track it since it was ordered there. a week passed, I Went to carrefour laval, they cannot track it and the assistant manager refused to refund me or call the customer service on my behalf to deal with the problem.When asked why, he said this is not part of his job. Well for sure it is not my job to deal with the inconvenience that you and your employees caused. The assistant manager was a young guy and hence why he didn’t know better.Very unhelpful and unfortunate to deal with this sets of event happening from the same store! Looking at the reviews, I can figure it is not their first mishaps, I am filling an official complaint for all the time wasted there. If Aldo Canada cares about its reputation they should close that store. TEACH YOUR ASSISTANT MANAGER HOW TO SPEAK WITH CUSTOMERS AND TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES HOW TO PLACE ORDERS.

Went in as I usually do in Aldo stores. A young lady said hi as usual and left me alone in peace. But then, when I actually needed her, the service was very good (from the gentleman as well who seemed to be the manager). This store today was exceptional in customer service. I don't usually write reviews. It has to really go out of the norm for me to do it.

They didnt have my size so i ordered shoes in store to get delivered. Never got the shoes(shipping label created but never picked up by UPS???) and they wanted me to go back in store to get my refund. (???) Didnt even get an update that they lost the shoes. Learned my lesson, stick to Browns
