We had a verbal agreement with Patty Oliviera where we offered above asking price for a condo in Burlington she agreed and said her clients would sign the agreement. She then turned around 24 hours later and said that there's another offer. She is totally unprofessional. And I will report her to the real estate board. We have the proof of the texts where she agreed. Beware of these unscrupulous agents.
