Used this notary to sell our condo. Horrible lack in communication. They never answer their emails or phone messages. After the sell they kept the money for 10 days (very long!) eventhough it was promised in 2 days time. We called repeatedly and were told lies that the money had been send by check or wired, etc. We finally received our money after threathening them with formal complaint.Please refrain from using their service.

I have just used Mr. Fernandez's services in a real estate deal; he and his team are great professionals, polite, attentive to details, always ready to alert you and protect your interests... service in English, French and Spanish; in person and/or remotely ..... what else to say? highly recommended!

I did my three Notary with him and I referred many clients to him from my office and relative. He is such a intelligent man and great human beingwith good heart and he cares more his clients to serve them with honesty rather then trying making money like many other Notary does. Had to sell my condo with this notary. If you can don't ever use this notary.They never answer my questions and emails.My real estate agent send them a post canada registered mail with papers for the transaction. The notary received the notification but just ignored it and never went to get the papers. On the meeting to sell he wanted to charge me for those missing" papers...When we told him about the registered mail he and his team were searching everywhere to find the post canada notification. They almost canceled the sell because of that... They ended up going to post canada to get the mail so we could sell.After that I was supposed to receive the deed of sale but didn't. I had to call them and found out they sent it to the wrong address (that have nothing to do with me

I did about 7 transactions so far with notaries and this is by far the worst transaction I've ever had to do. I genuinely suggest people to go LOOK ELSEWHERE for your business and save the hassle. The notary himself is kind and polite in person no doubt. Here's the list of all the things that went wrong with them.- they don't answer email, barely answer the phone, they always say they'll call you back quickly but that doesn't happen. They will only email when they need something from you probably without answering your questions anyway. Terrible communication.- I had to send my neighbor to fill out papers before the transaction. I've offer the personal information of my neighbor to the notary but they didn't bother. When she got there, the address was wrong, her name misspell and dates were wrong. Glad she notice! So they made her wait more than an hour to redo that.- The buyer clearly stipulated that she needed the papers to be in English and I was ok with that but when we got there it was all in French so they had to redo it so we wasted much more time there for that.- They've put a clause that it was with legal warranty when it was without one and we realized it only after the sale. Fortunately, we had all the proof in email that the buyer had agreed to that previously but when I called them they told me it was indeed with legal warranty. I had to take much time to explain that it's not the case and go again in person to sign other papers to rectify that mistake.- They called me weeks after the transaction to tell me they have to do something and I just need to send them some money by interac. I reminded them that the notary clearly mentioned that this particular service wasn't necessary.- Now, they've received a certificate of location a month ago from the land surveyor and I just learned they haven't paid it yet! with the money they took on hold from me months ago exactly to pay that. I contacted them about it and they told me they would call me back the same day but as usual... they haven't.So do you really want to do business with them? At first I thought they were maybe just too busy and gave them the benefit of the doubt but in fact, they are simply unprofessional, disorganized and communication is 0/10. Terrible experience , stay away.

Excellent service, very honest and very professional. In fact, he is the notary of our family, since for more than 10 years we have been doing all housing transactions and other documents with him, such as our condo, our house and even the constitution of our will, it is printed with great transparency and professionalism. .
