One of the things that made me go with Dale at InspectWest over the other inspectors in the area is that I was able to get a quote on his website. As a first time home buyer, I have been nervous about getting ripped off at each stage of the process and being able to get an instant, unbiased quote was great. I was also able to use his site to easily pay for the service, view the actual report, and stay in communication with him. It was a modern experience which is sadly still very lacking with many businesses.During the actual inspection he was friendly, charming, thorough and considerate. He did extra work at to ensure he was covering all the bases. He used modern methods such as thermal imaging, a drone to take pictures and video of the roof and the property from above, and other gadgets that were beyond my expertise. At the end, he patiently answered all of our questions and had our report ready the same day. The inspection also came with a service that will monitor any recalls that might come up on any of our home appliances.Overall, he left myself and my partner with far more confidence about our purchase and did so in a manner that was convenient and easy. I would highly recommend InspectWest.

Very thorough and knowledgeable. Dale is clearly very experienced, practical, and values doing excellent work. Overall we felt confident and satisfied with his report. We even learned things about maintenance that possibly lots of people just don't know. Now we will be able to take care of our new home even better!
