BUYER BEWARE!!!!Would not recommend shopping there.Had a real bad experience. Bought brand new appliance, got it home and it didn't work. The owner refused to take it back and told me to call the manufacturers 1-800 number. And would only replace it with a floor model at his convenience three days later after repeated phone calls. He didn't care that a low income disabled elderly person(87+) was loosing $200.00 of groceries and payed $1700.00 to him for something that didn't even work. He had the means to help us but he chose not to. Very sad. But I guess that's just my opinion. The sale women who work there are GREAT, can't blame them thanks.

Nice staff, beautiful furniture. But when I was told there is an extra charge to use my Visa, I left the store.

Had a hard time to get someone to call us back about furniture which came damaged from the manufacturer. It was replaced eventually. The sales staff are fantastic but after purchase customer service could be better to say the least. Prices are good, though.

Unfortunately my husband and I had a bad experience with the store. We wanted to support a local bussiness during those hard times but it did not end well. We purchased a sectional that was delivered with a damage to the fabric and so far we are getting the runaround treatment from the store. The post will be updated if the issue is resolved. For anyone about to purchase from there, things to watch out for:1. Check the price elsewhere before you purchase. Sales ladies were great and helpful but we were told that they are an outlet store and that our Ashley sectional would be at least $300 to $400 less. Before purchasing I went on the Ashley website and discovered that their price was higher than the website. They ended up price matching.2. Expect delivery delays. Local delivery was over $200 because it was a heavy" item

Helpful staffs, good deals in store as well. Got some furniture and paid extra for delivery. It was delivered a few days later in good frame. Will shop there again.

Terrible customer service. Bought a piece a furniture and and they gave us the dimensions that the doorway needed to be to accommodate the couch. Upon delivery these dimensions were completely inaccurate and they attempted to move it for less than a minute before giving up. They then tried to leave it by the front door. When we went to resolve the issue they told us they would do us a favor" and refund only half our money for their mistake. They then continued to make terrible offers in order to keep our business. There was only one other couch we liked and it was a 2400$ floor model ($1500 more than we anticipated spending). Which we decided to pick ourselves after the incompetent movers we encountered the first time and reading the fine print in their contract which states: "Masse will not be responsible for damages that may occur in the course of a delivery to customers premises or belongings". And that they were not responsible for damages on delivered items either. We had an absolute horrendous experience with this retailer and will never be returning."

Great prices but never shopping here again. Bought a new dining room table and a 2 coffee tables with side tables and was told it would be 4-8 weeks but probably 8 weeks(which was fine). So on the 8th week I called asking where my furniture is and they said it would come in for another two weeks. Asked what was going on and they said 4-8 weeks is an estimated time, it’s not guaranteed. SO WHY didn’t anyone tell me that at point of sale? Don’t guarantee me things if they are estimated. I am hosting Christmas parties and now I won’t even have the furniture to properly host anyone. They did give me a loner table that fits 4 people but my family is 8 people(never mind the guests that are added in that number. Very unrealistic shipping times. Will probably just go with a chain store next time because it’s guaranteed shipping times and quicker.

They've been our furniture store of choice for years. Always helpful, always friendly, and it's always nice to support locally owned
