I was looking for a reliable paralegal in Niagara region to help me with a tenant eviction. After talking to a few paralegal, I picked Robert from prevail, he was very professional, transparent, open, responsive and honest. I had a tight timeline and a tenant eviction challenge due to Covid. He got the hearing dates at LTB and got all the evidence package ready and he also continued to work with tenants to find a agreeable solution so that we can avoid a hearing. 4 days before hearing he managed to convince and work out a deal with tenant that helped me meet my timeline and save me a great deal of hassle.I had a great experience with prevail paralegal in this case and want to thank Rob for his help in getting the desired outcome.
