Brand new building. Apartments are fairly decent, all open concept however does make the apartments feel smaller. Management seems to handout notices quite frequently so be prepared to get notices for matters that have never even happened in the first place. If you frequently use a vehicle but not the registered owner you’ll be declined an assigned parking spot, even though the lease very clearly says if you frequently use a vehicle you can request a parking spot to park said vehicle. However there is no mention about having to be on the registration at all. Lastly, if you need any maintenance work done in your unit don’t expect it to get done at all.
