Best place to buy home appliances, buy during their promotion which is pretty much always on!Do your research before going in, and know what you want to buy, or else they'll talk you into buying something you don't want.Furniture here is high price high quality.

Had a great experience in store. Great selection - lots of different styles.My boyfriend is very particular. We were looking for a desk that wasn't in stock anywhere.The salesperson (Laurent) really knew his product line. Found us something comparable that could be delivered to our local store. The rep was honest. Warned us of probable delivery delays.10/10 would recommend!

Never Again.Ordered item in May. Was to be delivered in two weeks. Received it late September. Every time we called we were told it would be delivered in two weeks.Then the delivery. They practically dump it on your doorstep.No installation,no unpacking.Worst experience from a furniture store ever. Beware.

worst customer experience ever, order from the online site in January, my item was received at the wrong store, in June!! Then i was told i have to wait few more days if i want it to the store i wanted it first place, so i ask about delivery and that is an extra...Order directly from their Chinese supplier instead, or just go somewhere else

We found the 2 items we were looking for albeit one will not be available for delivery for 6-8 weeks. Not an optimum situation but under current covid circumstances, an acceptable one. Salesperson was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient and certainly had an influence on our final decision to make the purchase. And he served us in both official languages which was another positive influence. KUDOS.

The worst customer service I've experienced in my life. Not only were they 2 months late on their promised delivery date but when the mattress came it had a big black mark on it inside the plastic. I also had to constantly call them for updates and delivery times since there was no communication on their part . 100% do not reccomend go somewhere else!

Verry poor customer care.I purchased metres and it came with really dirty. So I asked them to replace it, so they have requested visit store since they don't have same model. After I visited, they was telling me that mettres was like that (dirty), they knew that it was not good but they diliverd. I had to wait another day to receive it. The way they handled the incident is unfrofessinal.Really disappointed!! :(

Bought a freezer; it arrived DOA. Manufacturer's policy was to deal with them and not Leon, and to call a service center for in-home warranty. I can understand for something that worked and then stopped working, but this freezer didn't work out of the box.Contacted the store and spoke to the manager; he said he'd see what he could do with the manufacturer. Calls me the next day - Leon will replace it and handle the manufacturer! Not only that, but a few days later, because of a mix-up in deliveries from another store, he drove 140kms up to Laval to go pick it up and deliver it to me!!!Now THAT'S service!! Two thumbs up!
