Metalworks really dropped the ball on this one. Dropped a motorcycle frame off 3 weeks ago on monday. Told me be ready Friday or mondaySo monday i called several times leaving messages on there machine asking if it was done and left my number. The following monday I called first thingg ands a lady answered. Said it would be ready Friday or monday. So today, Monday. I went and seen them. It will be done Friday or Monday i was told. I'm not into playing games when i do business. So I said no ill take my frame now. It's bad enough they didn't call when they couldn't have it done and ignored me. But saying to me 3 times and not following through. Not calling to explain there's a delay. No apology at all for the inconvenience. That is no customer service skills at all.

Just recently used this company to sand blast & powder coat some old street light poles. Had a pleasant experience, staff were very accommodating and helpful. Will be using these guys again

Metal Works Powder Coating
Mike did a fantastic job on my 83 Yamaha cafe racer conversion. Glass bead blasted and satin black powder coated the frame, wheels, control arm, forks, tree, bolt heads and other extra parts. Very good price. Excellent workmanship. I would use him again and again and recommend to anyone!
