Booster Juice
I enjoy this Booster Juice in my neighbourhood, however, there should always be 2 people on in the evening and restrooms should be locked. While I was there this evening, a vagrant entered and briskly walked straight to the restroom. After 10 minutes and only because the bathroom lone female employee knocked and insisted that he come out did he finally leave. Please set practices in place to ensure the safety of all concerned.

Great staff! Always friendly and def know their stuff, I usually require mods and I am never met with destain as I have been at other locations. This location can get busy at times as it is located on campus but the staff can definitely handle it line always moves quickly. The food is always turned over at this location and is fresh.

The employee with long hair and wears a necklace completely forgot about about my food. When i asked about it he didnt say anything, then proceeded to run his hands through his hair and proceeded to touch my food immediately after. Pretty gross.

So Ive never had any problems with this location but I bought a reusable cup from them and noticed a crack on it two days later. When I went to the store to ask about it the worker said that they couldnt replace it and gave the cup back to me (as if i have use for a broken cup). I dont know if it came broken or if broke with me. Regardless, they either have a bad system to check for defects or the cups aren't durable at all (the cup didnt even fall when with me). The smoothies are nice, but their customer service and cups arent.
