I’ve been bringing my dog to see Dr. Hsu , Dr.Lau and Dr. Kuan for 13 years now . Emma has been well taken care of by all the doctors and the assistants . I highly recommend !

I would leave 0 stars if I could.My husband took our sick 2 month old puppy to their clinic presenting with diarrhea. The vet did not suggest any critical tests and just looked at her and said she has a pot belly and likely has worms. Discharged her with probiotic, antibiotics and dewormers and told my husband to bring a stool sample back to check for worms. While my husband was waiting for the examination, their staff was shaming him for being worried and a first time dog owner. Next day, we brought back a stool sample and paid for it and hours later, our puppy started vomiting so we rushed her to an emergency clinic. At the emergency clinic, they did a parvo snap test and it came back positive and she was immediately hospitalized. A few days later, their clinic texted me to tell me that my puppy’s test results for worms came back negative. I told them that my puppy tested positive for parvo and they did not even bother responding.I find it very shocking that a vet could just diagnose your pet for having worms by just looking at them and neglecting the fact that they were presenting symptoms of a deadly disease that could have potentially killed them.DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE!!!

Dr. Hsu is amazing! She is professional and accommodating. She patiently explained everything that was going on with my cat and took excellent care of her to the end. I am so thankful for this doctor! I highly recommend this animal clinic!

I have been taking my dog to Dr. Hsu for several years now. The professionalism and humility she displayed always impressed me. The knowledge she has is valuable and it has saved my dog's life. Not only did she take care of my dog, but she also made us feel extremely special. I would highly recommend Dr. Hsu to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable veterinarian!

Great staff and knowledgeable Dr! My puppy had a wonderful experience here for his 3rd vaccine injection! No crying like last time. Very good experience and customer service.

This place is definitely the friendliest, most professional, considerate and above all - takes really good care of my dog. I’ve been taking my dog to different vets and this is hands down the best one. Most of the vets that I’ve been to are money grabbers, super pushy and don’t really care about your dog’s well being… but Taikoo vet and staff really do care about making you feel comfortable and take the best care of your pet. Super glad I’ve found this vet.

Staffs are friendly, helpful and Dr Hsu is very professional! We have been there ever since we have our dog!

We’ve been to this clinic for almost 5years, the staff are very patient and friendly as well as the doctor, we really recommend it, because we had bad experiences with other clinic before and it caused my dog went to emergency, but at this clinic they response quickly and never over charged.

We’ve been to this clinic for more than 10 years. They provide the best service. Dr. Hsu, Dr. Kuan, Dr. Chiu, and all the assistances are very patient, professional and experienced. All of our pets were given detailed care. They tried their best to keep the well-being of pets.The dogs were always happy to be here and refused to leave. Both of them tried acupuncture and it helped their arthritis a lot. The cats were furious thou.

Friendly staff and wonderful Veterinarians make for a good experience for your pets. The Vets here are very through and give detailed descriptions of your pets health problems.
