Mr. Lube + Tires
Went to this location for a oil change and they only had 2 bays open and waited over an hour. That would be fine but they then proceeded to take care of someone else that was there after me. On top of this I asked to check my tire pressure and fill up my tires since my car was showing low pressure. On the receipt it says the pressure on all tires was 35 and since my low pressure signal was still on when I left I decided to check at home. All tires were well bellow 35 (around 28) so they obviously didn’t fill them.

Got oil changed and the engine splash guard on my car came off. Now I will have to find new bolts and put it back together myself. Good thing I heard it making noise. Did not tighten the screws holding it in place tight enough. Will not be going back to this location ever again!!!

The team at this Mr. Lube & Tires were super helpful. I’d gotten a flat and changed out for the spare, but turns out there was no puncture anyway, but the guys helped me figure that out and ended up changing out the spare for free. Great customer service!

All on all service was ok. Was not pleased that they splashed oil all over the engine of my new truck. I suppose it won't rust now. Price was reasonable but got the distinct impression the staff would rather be anywhere else. Even had a staff member having a temper tantrum in the shop because he had been working 3hrs without a break. As mechanical supervisor myself I rarely get a break before working 8hrs of my 13hr shift, I have little sympathy. At least I wasn't dealing with that guy, but it was very unprofessional. Not sure if I will be back.

To begin, I believe that a large part of any good experience at any establishment is the customer service you receive and then the goods and/or products.The technicians are fast effective and different jobs according to spec includong asking about my puppies and offering milk bones, however when I interacted with manager (listed on her jacket) she offrered very short responses, not a friendly approach whatsoever and I asked if there's something going on she replied the smell that's absolutely awful" I said "oh okay"No further interaction until asked to pay.It's really too bad

These people were absurdly amazing. Had a tire blow out and just needed my new tire put onto the rim. 5 other places said I would have to wait multiple days for them to look at my tires. These guys said to bring it in immediately and they got it done in 20 minutes. The curly haired guy was super professional and I will absolutely be coming back and recommending this place!!
