I was sceptical at first since I have tried many different ways to alleviate the back pain I have suffered my entire adult life but after 1 session I was convinced. My daily pain lever went from a 7 out of 10 to a 2 and then completely gone after my third session. I can now play a full round of golf with no back pain at all.Francine is the best. Bowen is a therapy that literally saved my life 12 years ago and healed my fibromyalgia and anxiety. At that time I used to go to Burlington and I found this to be quite hard to drive due to my busy schedule, since I live close to Stoney Creek, so a couple of years ago I looked online for a certified Bowen therapist closer to home, because I had some lower back pain. This is how I found Francine's webpage. I did not contact her at that time because the pain was not constant, and then Covid started so I called my physician who advised me to go to physiotherapy, which I did, then this summer I also went to a chiropractor, which was a wrong decision because I started having excruciating pain on my lower back and my right knee soon after I had my last chiro session, so my physician sent me to all kinds of tests and told me that I have arthritis and there is not too much to do but have a cortisone needle from time to time and wait for the pain to go, which I refused. Therefore, I remembered that I saw Francine's website a while ago, so I decided to give it a try and I contacted Francine. The first day I went to Francine for therapy, my anxiety level was quite high, and I barely walked because I was unable to bent my knee. It took about 5 or 6 sessions and every week I felt better and better until the pain was completely gone. It has been more than a month since I had my last session, with Francine and I feel fantastic. Now I can walk and run with no pain at all and I also feel mentally very relaxed. Francine does an amazing job applying the Bowen techniques and I will definitely go back to her for any illnesses that Bowen can cure.
