I was at the Panet Rd. location tonight and not only did the lady help me but showed me the parts I was picking up wasn't the correct ones for my car. (I showed her a picture of the mud flap) She led me to the right area suggesting the new part. I purchased it and she was correct! Thank you for going above and beyond (sorry I didn't catch your name!) I will definitely recommend people to come here for your parts over Canadian Tire ANYDAY!!

This store is great and has pretty much everything. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I could spend hours browsing the isles.

Always had a good experience at this princess auto. With the new system change and distress it placed on several workers. several workers had a poor disposition. And one was unreasonably rude. With all that being said the majority of the workers were helpful kind very considerate with the fact that it was very late the store is closed and I without realizing did not rush to the check out. They've gotten better.

Got a set of tires and they are decent tires! No road noise and fairly aggressive tread. Guess we will see how they do in winter!

Like this store, however, when it comes to assisting help, you might have a problem. They will send you to each other without actual help. So you might be left alone for hours looking for some parts.

Awesome place to get things at a competitive price with awesome product quality, customer service, knowledgeable and friendly staff.Weekly flyers have unbeatable prices and offers.I love this place, visit at least twice a month and never leave the place empty handed.It's like Costco of electronics, cars, home and DIY products.

Don't even shop here...their inventory management is terrible. Made a special trip all the way across the city for multiple item that showed 10 in stock...and upon arrival the items couldn't be found and they offered nothing for the inconveniences. How spending 50% more elsewhere

I love princess auto and spend a few thousand per year here for my business. Great value of tools for your money. However their online inventory control is terrible. I specifically drove here to purchase an inspection camera on for a great sale, listed in stock. Cant find it anywhere, team member confirms they dont have it. Disappointing but ill settle for the other full price camera listed in stock. Ask for that one instead, only to be told they dont have that one either. So between two cameras listed in stock they have nothing and I leave empty handed. Why even list what in stock if its this inaccurate? Yes i can call ahead to confirm stock but that wastes time and should not be necessary to do for every single thing I need
