I was referred to Blue Star Automotive by a friend. I was able to book an appointment to get my brake rotors and pads changed. Raziq was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. My brakes and oil change was done in under 2 hours. He even pointed out that one of my tires was put on the wrong way (which were tires purchased directly from the dealership) and booked me another appointment later on this week to get it fixed. I am very impressed with the quality of work, friendliness, professionalism and efficiency from the guys at Blue Star Automotive. I will be using them for all of my car repairs in the future and I will be recommending them to friends and family. Thanks a million, guys!

Ma and Pa type place. Clean shop and trustworthy. Appointments are a bit loose which can be both good and bad.Been going to them for a couple years now and have never done any work without my consent. Very honest about what work needs to get done versus work that could get done. I had a fluid leak that multiple other shops couldn't fix despite all sorts of methods. Took it in here and they fixed it very simply for like $5.

My estimate was about 650 dollars. After the service, the bill was 413 dollars. It did not need some extra anticipated parts and the labor that went with it. That should tell you all you need to know.They provide a good quality oil change that is more than competitive with the chain lube places. They will start on your vehicle when they say they will start on it. I like to stay with the car and not travel back and forth on a bus so it is important to me that they start work right away.They sanitize the touch points inside the vehicle after service. 100% courteous and professional. God ahead make an appointment.

I've been taking my vehicles (import and domestic) here for the last 4 years and I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. The shop is very clean and organized, they're very flexible with my schedule and they back their work. I recommend these guys to everyone that needs work done on their vehicles. In fact a lot of our staff are already going to them. (Teachers) Very fair prices and quality work! A hidden gem in our city.

Called about an exhaust issue on my girlfriends Jetta. Blue star immediately informed me of the extended warranty Volkswagen had initiated due to the TDI recalls. They could have easily said nothing and took my money but they were up front and honest.

Raziq is the most reliable mechanic I've come across. He's always honest and does the most to provide the best value. I've never had any problems or concerns in the 5+ years my family has been going to Blue Star. Quality service that's done in a timely manner for a good price.

Raz and Abdul were great. Upfront about issue and cost. 1/3 the price of the dealerships and fixed the problem the same day. Will definitely be going back.
