This is what a $100 Mother’s Day bouquet looks like from Holdens Florists. Awful. Called them to tell them half the bouquet arrived dead and they offered to only replace the hydrangeas? It was supposed to be for Mother’s Day why would anyone want separate flowers days later? What a joke. Terrible quality and customer service, do not purchase from this florist.

I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Holdens. They had very open lines of communication and it was clear that they were willing to make every effort to ensure that my order was delivered on time, despite inclement weather.I also was impressed with how easy it was to use their website, which was professional and glitch-free. It was honestly a big draw that made me decide on them vs. competitors.Great company and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. They seem to genuinely care, which is refreshing. My only regret is that I won't be able to see the actual flowers I ordered as I live in another city!

Well-priced, fresh flowers and awesome service. I walked in and within 15 mins I had a bouquet that fit all my requests! Would definitely come back.

Sandie and her team did an amazing job on our wedding arrangements last Saturday. They are very easy to deal with (friendly and professional). The bouquets, centerpieces, boutannaires and corsage were absolutely beautiful and fresh. We received a lot of compliments from them. Sandie was patient in helping me to create bouquets and centerpieces that fit my wedding theme after I told her what I was looking for. They turned out exactly what I wanted. The setup that the girls did at our wedding venue was lovely.It has been 9 days since our wedding. The flowers look the same (fresh and beautiful). They are still blooming!Well done everyone at Holden's!

I ordered a casket spray for my mother’s funeral and purple irises were her favourite. When I walked into the funeral home and saw the arrangement I thought at first they forgot them but looking closely I could see the irises were completely closed. When I called a few days later to complain I spoke with the owner and she told me that yes the irises were closed and she ‘couldn’t force them open’. I told her that I was certainly not looking her to force them open but this should have been explained to me when I ordered these flowers as I would have chosen a different flower that was in bloom/open.. She did not seem at all concerned in my disappointment and had to push her for a discount which she finally did offer which was 20% off. This arrangement was close to $300; I was extremely disappointed in not only the arrangement but the customer service. Updated on July 14. The owner posted a reply. At no time did she ever say these blooms might not open!!!!!! If she did I would have went with a different flower. I don’t post comments very often but this is offensive as this is an outright lie and trust me there was not one ounce of compassion in her voice during our phone interaction. The fact that she’s contradicting what I’m saying is horrible customer service. I WILL NEVER USE THIS FLORIST AGAIN!

Ordered some flowers for my friend who lost her cat. She loved them! Very pretty. I had to call them a couple of times to arrange address/time and they were very nice to deal with too. Great customer service.

Sent some flowers to a friend for her birthday from this shop. The bouquet was fresh and lovely! And ordering online was really easy and fast. Thanks guys!

I have used Holdens Florists for many, many years, and they have always been fabulous. Beautiful work, reasonably priced, and lovely to interact with. This year they did something extra-special, that really touched me. I had ordered some flowers to be sent to my mother, and the day before delivery she died. I called to cancel the flower order, though I still expected to pay for it. Not only did they not charge me, they sent flowers to ME with condolences. What a classy act that was.

We contacted Holdens after another florist seemed to fall off the face of the earth and didn't deliver after payment. Holdens were amazing and saved the day. They had a beautiful arrangement made and delivered within 2 hours of us ordering and we were so happy with their service. Thanks for all of your help - we'll definitely be back!

Had a great experience here today. Staff was really friendly and tolerant of my total lack of flower knowledge! She quickly whipped up the perfect bouquet. There’s a reason this place has so many 5-star reviews. She even wrapped it up and put a nice bow on it - great presentation value!
