Essential Healing

After a drastic weight loss, I spent almost 2 years with my family physician trying to find what could possibly be causing me to be losing weight; I lost all my body fat and muscles. MRI, Aids test, special blood work, CT scan (just to name a few) all test results came back negative, there was nothing doctors and specialists could find wrong. I was also told that I will regain my muscles back but not my body fat (I was all bones).Disgusted by the way I looked I dedicated to take another route and seek the help from a Holistic Nutritionist. The best decision of my life, actually that decision gave me my life back thanks to “Essential Healing”. Hasina had me on a strict diet for several months, and by using Bio-Scan machine resulted that most of my food intake was the problem as my body was not tolerable to it. I was 85 lbs. when I first started following Hasina’s Meal Plan, now I’m so happy to say I’m a healthy 120 lbs. (my actual weight 125-128 lbs.) and yes I not only got my muscle back but also happy to see my body fat as well!!!Thanks Hasina for all your help, your patience and also believing in me, it was quite a journey but with your help and my dedication I’ve never felt healthier!
