Very good organic and vegan selection. The updates really improved the store's atmosphere. The staff is somewhat pleasant. There are a few excellent staff members and some you can tell they don't want to be there. I wish they would make more of an effort to incorporate more English in their services. Overall, I recommend this place for your daily or weekly groceries.

My favourite grocery store to go to. They have a lot of options and a lot of exotic foods as well. I really enjoy that they have a self checkout area and use it almost every time. They stack the shelving quite well. It's a very spacious store. If you order online, they call every time if anything isn't available that they can swap items. The employees are all very nice. The layout is easy to understand as well.

This store continues to decline over time. Before it converted from a Loblaws to a Provigo their selections of fresh fruit and veg was great and good quality. They carried a good variety of different products. Present day, the store carries a more limited variety of products and the fruit and veg is much less fresh . Often the fresh fruits are frozen and left to thaw in the display racks however the fruit is then nothing but mush. Additionally the trend among these large grocery stores is to force you to buy two of the same item at a higher cost and if you buy a single it is full price. Unfortunately this store has become the pioneer of high prices and lesser quality. Do yourself a favour and shop around, this store has driven me to online grocery from other retailers. I must mention the staff here has always been friendly and very helpful.

Still like this place but had to change my review after not being able to get my deposit back from the 18L PC water bottles.This is a scam now either i keep buying this brand of water or I lose my deposit. They should at least warn people of that scam when they buy that.
