The Fun Factory Indoor Playground And Party Centre

This place is ridiculous. The last time I came with my 4 year old, they charged me an adult guest fee. So I have to pay for my son AND pay for myself to sit there?Today, they wanted to charge me for my 4 year old AND my baby! Usually at other play places, the baby is free with a paid sibling. Ya never going back here. They're greedy and the place isn't even that nice. And there's a dangerous cement staircase At the back leading to an exit door. It's not blocked or fenced. So if can't be worry free about your kids playing.

First time taking my 1.5 year old. Arrived around 9:30 when it opened. Was a good time to arrive, really started to get busy around 10am, and very busy from 10:30 onward. Great equipment and is well kept. Fun toddler area for kids under three as well. Will 100% return especially for rainy days !

We had a great experience over weekend with our nephew. Lot of activities for kids and even toddlers where parents need to supervised their children at all times as this indoor playground is an unsupervised play area.They charged us for the kid only and we were free that was a great part of this playground to be honest. Shoes were not allowed we took off before we went inside through the front counter.Our nephew really enjoyed it doing rock climbing, sliding down the tunnel or whatever its called, maze, basketball court, rides at the back etc.. we loved it and definitely coming back again.

I had a great experience here. My daughter had a fun time. The facility wasn’t too crowded at the time. You can keep your toddler busy for 1.5 to 2 hours. I have recommended it to my friends and will be returning soon.

I took our son who is almost 2 there yesterday and he had a great time.They had a good size toddler area and he was able to walk around the bigger kid area also so he did not feel left out watching the other kids.They staff was nice and the facility was clean. Very reasonable price. Great music selection aswell.Would recommend.

Yesterday, we held a party for my step-son at The Fun Factory. It was FLAWLESS! First of all, I love how gigantic the playground is. There is also a smaller area for younger tots and a separate closed in area for basketball and ball playing. I like how as adults we're allowed up onto the structures to accompany our young children, and to have a little fun of our own! Our birthday host, Kie, was very helpful. To helping set up the room, serving food to the kids and adults, then clean-up afterwards. He was ready to help before I had to ask. All of their other staff was polite and helpful for anything I had asked for. Another plus was the PA system they used to gather all our kids to the room to eat. We were allowed to bring our own food too in addition to what they offer for birthday kids. Most importantly, all of our kids had soo much fun!

One of the best places to take your kids to burn some energy !! The site is located in the back of a plaza and is a little tricky to find, but the place inside is huge and parents have a lounge area to hang around in. There is also a snack shop which is convenient if you ever forget to bring snacks ! Definitely coming here again

Had my son's 3rd birthday at the Fun Factory-Pickering and he had a blast.The staff were friendly, they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to facilitate the party. Our party assistant was Zara, and she was 10 stars, she helped set blow balloons, set up the backdrop, put out food, and so much more.Thank you Fun factory for a fun time indeed!

We love coming to this place. Keeps my toddler entertained for like two hours. The only issue I have with it, that it smells like really harsh chemical cleaners that are toxic for babies and kids to the point where you can taste it in your mouth. My kid was coughing. I would say if you’re targeting little kids, switch to safer cleaners that are baby and kid safe. It would make the world of a difference health wise for everyone including the staff that have to clean and sit in it all day to make it safe for the target audience. Otherwise it’s laid back, fun place for the kids to get their energy out. The snacks are reasonably priced and so is the 10 pass.

Great indoor playground place for birthday party! You can reserve a room with a table and chairs for the kids. The guest wifi was down when we went but it's supposed to be available.
