My favourite hot pot place in Edmonton. All the ingredients are fresh and great quality. The lunch time special is particularly a great deal. Staff is friendly and fast.

A hotpot restaurant where it is priced per dish. A bit pricey, our meal pictured was $50 for a light dinner. I found that our marinated beef was over marinated making the beef have a mushy exterior. The soup i ordered in medium heat was too spicy for me and i had to use the girlfriends. Sauces are lacking - a lot of flavours i usually enjoy were not available here.Tl;dr - pricey, spicy, nice staff, lack of sauces

I had an amazing experience at Taste of Szechuan! This Chinese hot pot restaurant exceeded my expectations with their fresh and delicious food. The soup flavor was incredibly traditional and tasty, and the fried food was crispy and satisfying. The meat was also incredibly fresh and flavorful. The waitstaff was polite and professional, making for a pleasant dining experience. I highly recommend trying the hotpot sauce, especially the sesame flavor. Overall, I highly recommend Taste of Szechuan to anyone looking for delicious Chinese hot pot!I love this restaurant for no reason!

Apart from its price, the buffet was generally good. Advice: There should be more choices of sauce and dessert. And it is better to get customers free pops.

I love this hotpot place, all ingredients are super fresh, specially beef and lamb are good quality, less options for base soup, but they are the best base broth. Definitely worth the money for all you can eat ! Highly recommend!

This is my favourite hot pot restaurant in the whole city! The flavours are fresh and authentic. And the service is also great. They have options for vegetarians and vegans as well, so don't let the lack of veg broth on the menu steer you off! We got the curry broth with skme veggies and tofu, and fried buns on the side. Definitely recommend you check this out!

Best hot pot in Canada! The soup base is unique and fresh. I’m a big fan of spicy food and this place is my first destination when travelling 6 hours to Edmonton. Wishing you will open one in Saskatoon!

A little hidden gem in the Southside. Not as popular since it's not an AYCE hot pot but the quality of the food is much better. Their chilly oil broth is probably the best one I have had in Edmonton. You can choose between different level of spicy and the flavor stays until the end. I also love their mushroom herb soup and most of the time me and my wife will just cook with the spicy broth and drink the mushroom broth. If you are not a big eater I almost always recommend against AYCE places. For the same cost you can have better quality food items. They also have a set lunch menu which is pretty good. Keep up the good work!

This was one of the best hot pots we've been too and will definitely be back. The staff was super friendly and very attentive taking away old plates fast and replenishing the water in the hot pot often. Most importantly the food was delicious.The price is $37.95 for adults plus the broth you pick. We went with the split large pot for $18.95 and took the pork bone broth and the spicy beef tallow broth hot" level. I found the pork bone broth to be quite delicious but the beef tallow one ended up being too spicy for me. I do eat spicy food but this place is very authentic so the "hot" level was too much for me. The flavors however were spot on to the real thing in China. I would try again but would go with "medium".There is a large selection of meats

Can I give 10 stars for customer service? First time eating here with my friends and family last night and we just got awesome service from all the staff. They were always helpful and even gave us suggestions on things to try. I didn't get their names because I was busy cooking and eating all the food. The soup base they have here is top notch. You cna definitely taste the flavour. The choices were endless for what you want to cook in your hotpot. Try the tempura and you won't be disappointed. It's your call on what sauce you want though. We will definitely come back here.
