OK Tire

Phoned over about a odd size tire.. They phoned back with info about tires. so I purchased there. Thank you you guys. I wonder how the other three shops are in business never called me back.

Service is on point. They always get me in quickly.

Extremely unsatisfied Bought a trailer from a private seller that had the safety done here. When I picked up the trailer from their yard after the safety was completed it was the farthest thing from a safetied trailer I'd ever seen. Nothing worked except half the lights. Service nor emergency brakes worked. They agreed to take the trailer back and safety the trailer properly. When I went to pick up trailer the second time the sevice brakes still did not function properly and brakes were out of adjustment. Plus they cut all the air lines to operate the tail gate and air suspension dump.

Good place to get semi fixed up

I was just 2 hours into my road trip when all of a sudden my car started to vibrate and shake. I thought I had a loose tire and stopped at this shop to see if they can tighten it for me. It turned out that one tire had a big hole in it. One of their workers named Dave was so helpful. He has excellent customer service skills. He let me bring my dog into the shop and made my car priority. He took my car into the shop and literally was back in about 15 minutes with a brand new tire on it. They have excellent service and everyone at this shop was so nice. Dave even talked to the tire store that put this defective tire on the day before my trip and made sure I got a full refund.THANK YOU! I definitely recommend this store!
