This is the 4th time I have used the Board Store. My windows and doors are perfectly done! The employees are over the top with professionalism, care of property and only leave the finished job behind. I also had gutter work done and loved the laughter I heard as the work was being done. The staff all knows what they are doing. Another plus is that my sales person had been a worker before moving into sales. That resulted in my confidence that the suggestions and quotes were spot on. I highly recommend the Board Store for the quality of products and especially the quality of service!

They notified us of a long wait for materials. Booked the job in Oct. Install was done in April. Installers were on time, efficient, and left the place clean when they were finished. The work done was excellent. Thank you!

Great showroom with wide selection of products on display. Knowledgeable, very helpful and friendly sales staff who do not employ any pressure to make a purchase. The installers show great attention to detail to ensure that the work is done to the customers' satisfaction. This is our second home improvement project with the Board Store and we will definitely contact them for future projects.

The final windows are fantastic, beautifully trimmed and matched to exterior and interior colors. The installation was quick and the installation team was very professional, courteous and efficient. Highly recommend!

The Board Store guys replaced two huge windows with casements, and they did a wonderful job. They got them replaced in about nine hours, working right through lunch. I was very impressed. Both the guys were very friendly and personable. I definitely would recommend the Board Store to anyone needing the kinds of services they provide, and I definitely will use it again when looking to do more work on my home.

We are very pleased with the timeliness and the coordination of the various work crews. Start to finish great job by plumber, electrician, and carpenters. Project was estimated for a week and completed in that timeframe. We are very pleased with the finished product.

The installer arrived on time each day. He was very pleasant and informative. He apprised me of the rotting floor boards by one of the doors and gave me options. He fixed the floor and installed the door. He educated me on leaving a flow of air, so as not to warp the door when it heated up with all the direct sunshine. His work area was spotless when he left.
