I bought my Toyota Corolla SE UPGRADE 2022 with Greg Martinez. The best car salesman I ever met in my life! When I bought this car he promised me 20 years of pure happiness and quite honestly I believe that since I previously owned and drove a Toyota Matix 2006 to 500000+kms. I only had to get rid of that car because of rust, but the engine and transmission were running like a clock. There's no better car brand out there than Toyota/Lexus. The loyalty, car brand philosophy, and the way they take care of their customers' trust are quite remarkable. I am very happy with my car purchase and everyone at Yorkdale Toyota was extremely helpful when making this purchase.

Excellent dealership. Everyone I met went above and beyond to make you happy. From my salesperson Mario who took his time to explain the options, market situation and offer the best advice, the sales manager Hormoz, who made sure of a speedy delivery and Simona, the director of finance who explained the financial options and made the transaction smoother, it was all a positive experience. I called to book an appointment to service my car's AC. I even received a voicemail to confirm the booking stating the date and time. When I arrived for my appointment they were not expecting me at all.But seeing as it was their error they took me in. I can see the place was visibility busy. My appointment was for 2pm to check my malfunctioning AC and fix it. I got my car at 0630pm. They close at 0600pm. Silver lining is that I did get my car and my issue fixed. But it was a long day. I had to bring my toddler for this errand. For her age she was patient enough and I was too. But overall if they did not make that error my experience and my time would not be wasted as much. There was no offer of a discount either for their error.
