Service by telephone okay.Horrible costumer service since the beginning from store manager George Atme, before being a manager you have to make sure people have the passion for attention and service. 3 clients before me and same awful treatment. He doesn’t even let people explain the situation when he assumes what they want. He screams and talks over you. Pretentious and ridiculous costumer service.

This facility was clean, well lit and conveniently located with on site parking.Communication was the only negative issue. It was impossible to get anyone on the phone unless I called the toll free number which connected me with a central office, not the facility I was using. There was an employee in the local office only 1 or possibly 2 days a week.From this central office, I was able to book the storage, originally, but they were unable to provide the documents in english. (Because I live in Quebec?) (Pages of legalese).Paying the rental fee was a similar experience. They were unable to take my credit card information through the toll free number On the last month someone finally told me about an on line account where I could pay the bill which worked fine for the regular payments but when I needed to extend the rental for just another week the communication issues again, came into play. On line, I was unable to make a partial payment or reach the on site manager...

He is very professional, organized, efficient, and took care of all of questions and needs. We appreciate his communication, accessibility and attention to detail. For that reason, after reviewing several other storage options, we reserved a long-term storage unit at Depotium Parc-Extension. Thank you George!

3 different call center agents hung up on me. All I wanted was a quote for a few different storage unit sizes like 3X5, 5X5, 5X8 etc. The call center agents refused to answer my question.

Great Experience!! Best service i have ever hard from this branch in particular. Georges is an awesome man. You would be lucky if he is managing this branch when you rent there! Tidy, Clean, and flexible storage! i will always recommend and rent storage at Depotium!

Nice clean storage units and the staff are very responsive. The only challenge is that on busy moving days (like July 1) only having one freight elevator means that there can be a bit of a backlog/lineup.
