Buzz Box

I unfortunately dropped my phone and smashed the screen. I went to Buzzbox as the reviews were encouraging and it was high on the list for phone repairs in Southend.I went in on a Thursday and made an appointment to go back on Friday as they had to order a new screen. I went back on Friday in the afternoon as that's when the engineer would be in and left it with them. On returning I was told that the wrong screen had been sent in and they had ordered it in for Saturday. I went back in Saturday afternoon and within about 40 minutes the screen was replaced along with a toughened screen cover.When home, I realised that the phone wasn't working properly and so first thing Monday,  I contacted the shop , they contacted the engineer who arranged to have my phone collected from home to save me any further inconvenience, I was then kept updated with what was wrong and it was returned to me the following day.The customer service was excellent,  great communication and me not having to keep going back to the shop was in my mind, above and beyond.The staff and engineer, Jon, are all very friendly and helpful.I will definitely be returning to Buzzbox for any future repairs, 5 stars and very well deserved.

I recently had a crack in my iPhone camera lens so I decided to contact this company on a repair and quote.Instantly met by a friendly team who booked me in with no hassle.They completed the job for me same say within 2 hours and gave me helpful and professional advice.Overall, very happy with the service and work they done for me and would definitely return :DGreat Price! Just received brilliant service, both speedy and polite. My phone screen broke at lunchtime today, I called Buzzbox who were happy to fix straight away. From the time of my telephone call to me leaving the store, it was all dealt with in around an hour and a half. Couldn't have asked for better service. A great team.

Popped in with a broken screen on a Pixel. Heart sank at the cost of a new screen, when the shop owner checked it out it was the screen protector! I was so embarrassed. Very honest of him, as I was just about to book it in.Very grateful and loads of respectThank you

Emma was very helpful and efficient both on the phone offering advice and ordering my new part, and once in the shop keeping me informed.The repair was carried out while I waited and i'm very impressed (again) with the whole experience. Popped into buzz box to have speaker on my iPhone serviced. Did an amazing job, quick, polite and professional. My phone is like new again. Will definitely be returning to get any future issues fixed.

Needed a battery changed in my elderly Huawei phone. They sourced the battery, kept me informed with lots of choices on appointments and two locations for fitting. When I turned up they were kind enough to prioritise my job as I needed to catch a train that afternoon. All good, price was fine. Very happy.

Such amazing customer service, I cannot recommend enough!!! Dropped my phone, wouldn't turn on again and within 10 minutes of being here they completely fixed it. Also bought a good phone case.
