Tied to and compete with Freedom Mobile store in worst after-sale customer service. Full of tricks, like asking to pay $20 shipping to replace a $30 LBT charger cable that worked <3 months. Who would pay $50 for a cable on top of $35 for their charger? And, signing 24 month sketchy mobility contract, plus new S22U, and accessories. Zero customer appreciation!

I had the most wonderful experience with Libratel!I bought my iPhone 7 back in June/July with one of their Wallet cases and love it! But last week I emailed them about my case and received a reply same day from an amazing customer service representative. She gave me the feeling they genuinely cared about me - their customer. I sent pictures of my issue and there was no hesitation to me help and replaced it!Loved my experience and love my case, thank you Libratel!

It is the first time in my life that someone really goes above and beyond for their costumers. Every time my glass protector breaks, they send me a new one right away and directly to my home address without any additional charges. My husband and I had been receiving a high level of personalized service that we are still in contact with the Executive Assistant who had been helping us from day one. Thank you Libratel!

Terrible, terrible customer service. These guys held me up for weeks and eventually spoke with the owner who is unbelievably rude. He threatened me for trying to get my money back!“there is more to come”AVOID AT ALL COST.

Excellent customer service and warranty claim. Within days of submitting my claim, I received the replacement screen protector. I had an issue with it and the company is sending out a replacement for that. Thanks!

I had purchased an LBT Mag Stream charger nearly $70 brand new, after about a month or so it stopped working. I had emailed the contact for this a few times regarding support, they asked me to mail it back to them, I did, they emailed me back a FAULTY charger, they then asked me to come in to have it replaced. They checked it out in person and saw that it indeed is faulty! The guy I spoke to in person said he was the same individual who had been emailing me and that they will give me another new one. One entire month later, it completely stopped working, yet again! I emailed the same individual back stating this, and in return he mentioned he cannot refund me as per policy etc. However, the issue at hand is that technically this is the THIRD faulty charger given to me as a customer!I now will be at loss for alot of $ owed, this company clearly does not care about the fact that this occurred three times. Therefore, in some circumstances a refund SHOULD be made! Utterly disgusted that this is the end result after attempting to have a refund made.Avoid ANY LBT Magstream chargers, at the price point it’s better to find alternatives out there who ARE WILLING TO REFUND!

Awesome company. Had a problem with my case, replaced so quick and easy. Amazing customer service. I actually forgot to respond to them with my info and they tracked me down so they could replace my case.

I had a small issue with my screen cover. I contacted Libratel and they have been amazing at making sure my warranty was honoured.. I contacted them by email and within hours I had received a response. Within 2 days she issue was solved and a new cover was being mailed out. The customer service was prompt, polite. and this company has stood by its warranty which is greatly appreciated. It has been a while since I have received this level of exceptional customer service. Thank you. I can honestly say I would recommend this product and company to anyone .....Thank you

Had an issue with the latch on my phone case tearing off. Emailed customer service and they had a new one shipped to me within days. Amazing warranty program and the customer service was great. I will be buying all my phone accessories from these guys now. Can’t say enough good about them.
