I found Ashley when looking for a designer for our kitchen renovation. The first time she came to our home I felt the energy and joy she had for her work. She offered 2 plans, one of them was much more change than we had planned but we are so glad that we picked that one. I have a large secret pantry " where I store lots of things I don't use daily. The space is open and updated. Ashley guided us through the process so that it went smoothly. If I needed more support with choices she would come over to help as soon as she could which was often within 24 hours. I had Ashley pick the lighting and door pulls as I found theses choices so overwhelming. We love our new kitchen!!! Thank You Ashley"

We hired Ashley to undertake the management of the complete project for our kitchen renovation. From start to finish we were impressed with her professionalism, vision, design, attention to detail. We were provided with printouts of how the design would look and detailed plans. Ashley was never rushed when she came with samples and gently guided us to excellent choices. We were given a schedule for the work and it was completed on time. Ashley has an exemplary team working with her which she coordinated efficiently. We have no hesitation in recommending Ashley.

We hired Ashley to design and manage the renovation of our old kitchen and a large portion of our electrical as a result. She listened thoughtfully to our ideas and brought her own excellent ideas to the renovation. We worked together to set a budget which she was very diligent about working within. There were a few unexpected items that came up along the way but she handled them well and took the time to explain everything. We are so happy with the end result of the renovation. She sourced quality trades for all portion of the work and her attention to detail is phenomenal. Will definitely hire her again for the next big reno.

We hired Ashley to design and project manage our kitchen and ensuite bathroom, along with new flooring throughout the entire house. As a busy family with zero experience in renovations, we needed an experienced professional to lead every aspect of the process, and we are so glad we had Ashley and her team in our corner.Taking into consideration our personal style, budget, and the way we wanted our spaces to function, Ashley designed a stunning kitchen and ensuite bathroom. We undertook this renovation at a time when there were significant supply chain disruptions and challenges – adding an additional layer of coordination to an already complex project. We appreciated Ashley’s orientation towards solutions; always presenting challenges or hiccups alongside reasonable solutions to choose from.Ashley has a meticulous eye for detail, is highly organized, and a strong communicator. Being a mom of young kids, she completely “got” where we are at in life and prepared us well for what we were getting into. She’s clearly developed strong working relationships with vendors and trades both on the island and the mainland, and she has the experience to handle complex projects all while making it look easy. We would also be remiss not to mention the general contractor Ashley connected us with, Jesse from Bachmeier Construction, who executed our vision beautifully. You wont find another team that will work harder and produce a better result than Ashley and Jesse.

Whenever we post a photo of our kid or pets in our new kitchen, the comments invariably go to how great the room looks.Through a series of old house mishaps, we were in desperate need of a new kitchen, so we took the opportunity to get exactly what we wanted. I knew from the way she talked about her approach that Ashley was going to be perfect for us. Professional yet down home, with an eye for contemporary design.I'll get the most important thing out of the way: we have a TINY space for a kitchen, yet she somehow gave us twice the storage and counterspace we had before, with a far more efficient functionality and better lighting, so that more people can comfortably fit in the space at the same time. It's like some kind of fantasy story where the inside is bigger than the outside. And it's gorgeous, t'boot.Ashley was able to take what we said we wanted, then mix it all up and give us something even better. At the same time, when something didn't feel right for us, she quickly and easily adapted, while maintaining her overall design. She gave us ideas that have had tremendous impact on not only our new kitchen, but how the space affects the rest of the house. Even little things were considered, like the way cabinet lines align, or the centre line of floor tiles. Details that often get overlooked when you go off the shelf, but do make a difference on how a room feels and functions.Top marks all around, cannot recommend enough.

Knowing that I have no experience with renovation or design we looked into a full service option that could help us create a new main floor for our home that matched our needs and hopes while also keeping track of budget and trades.Ashley was able to fulfill all of our expectations and created something truly beautiful that respected our budget.She presented us with a clear design concept that caught my style perfectly. She took into consideration the overall look for the space and was able to create adaptations to navigate physical limitations I have.She navigated all of the aspects of the reno. Bringing me in to make choices while also providing guidance.She provided a clear timeline, budget and prepped us for the process.And while there were some minor bumps the renovation was completed as close to on time as could be hoped and as close to budget as could be.Ashley handled any concerns quickly and effectively. When problems did require shifts financially, she was able to present solutions that kept us on track and limited any extras we hadn't planned on.In the end I have a kitchen space I love to be in and a living space that is welcoming and all I could hope for.I'm beyond grateful for what she created and the finished product. I absolutely encourage working with House of 4.

I worked with Ashley during our new build. I had some ideas and a wish list for my kitchen. Ashley went above and beyond fulfilling my wish list and more. She was able to think outside the box and execute more than I had ever imagined. She provided me with 3D renderings, so I was able to see the kitchen before it even began. Ashley’s strong communication skills, punctuality, and her attention to detail made this a very pleasant experience. I am so pleased with my kitchen and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new/updated kitchen or bath.
