I went in I payed 93$ so it was a bit pricey but it made my car feel smoother, they know exactly what to do with your specific car. And the environment was great, my mother got nervous and couldn't drive over the hole. A gentleman who was working offered to drive the car in for us over that hole. Great music playing in the background of the shop too

I just did Oil change yesterday. Great experience and customer service overall and I am coming this location more than 7 years with all 3 cars I have. Never have any issue. I just know this guys doing Tire change with no appointment, that is awesome so next time I will come over here. My car was done by Miles, he did a fantastic job with complete knowledge of Oil change and did my cabin filter change.

Technician was very nice, as always. No attempt at up selling, which is the norm everywhere else in the area. Price was a little cheaper than the dealer for synthetic, and a free car wash.Would have been a solid 5 stars, but the tip screen at pay up time was just a slap in the face.With the high price charged for synthetic oil these days, there is no happy ending to be had.Tipping for car service is just wrong in my opinion, and cheapens an otherwise professional experience.

A close friend went in for a oil change on Feb 6, 2023 for synthetic engine oil (6 liters) and filter, paid $136.25 then on Mar 19, 2023 noticed a substantial engine oil leak. He was able to get squeezed in" at the local Dodge dealership where they discovered the oil filter was loose. They installed a new filter and had to add 1 liter of engine oil.It's safe to say he will never patronize that place again."

Worst experience ever! Had tires with rims on placed on for winter and ended up paying another company to fix issues caused by penzoil tech who did not take out the centre rings and had to replace 2 rims and get tires balanced. Contacted owner twice who agreed to meet with me to talk and was a no show both times. Will never use their services again! If I could have given a no star rating I would have but was not an option.

Shawn is the freaking BEST! When I came in with an issue beyond their capabilities, he took the time to make a couple call, and talk me through my next steps. The staff here are truly so kind and lovely. I will always bring my car here for its regular tune ups

Took my 2017 Toyota Tacoma here to get my oil changed they couldn't get my oil filter off and still charged me the full $180 for the oil change. I had to take it to another mechanic and get the oil and filter changed they had no issues getting the filter off. Safe to say they have no idea what they are doing and I’ll never let them touch another one of my vehicles.

Awesome Guys there to assist! Took my Lancer for its first oil change under my name. Great Job and Assistance for selecting the right oil fitting for your driving style/vehicle.They show you your levels before and after. Top up washer fluid, Tire PSI and all. Greatly Recommend.
