We have bought a number of items from Patio Palace. They sell quality products and stand behind them. They have a nice show room and a number of items in stock. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you need items for the back yard, this is your place. If you get it here you know it is going to last.

Patio Palace is the only place I would suggest to go to if you're looking for great service and quality products. Our gas fireplace insert needed replacing in November and they came to see us from Windsor to Chatham. We had our fireplace within 6 weeks where other places told us else we could get one in June. They worked with our brick mantle and others suggested to tear it down. Looks great.

Called in to see if my BBQ that I purchased from them could be switched from propane to natural gas. The person who picked up quickly answered with a no, I had the website pulled up that said it had the option of doing either. I called the BBQ manufacturer support center and the person there said it was possible all that was needed was the model number to ensure the correct part was ordered.

We just bought a BBQ from here. My husband and I were so impressed with how knowledgeable the staff is here. They definitely know their stuff. The owner spent 40 minutes with my husband to help him choose a model. They assembled and delivered the new BBQ, and even took away our old one. We are very happy with our purchase. You would never get this kind of service from a big box store. Thank you!

Patio Palace hands down the best place for outdoor furniture. We bought a set of the CR Plastic furniture from the Adelaide St location in London last year. Theresa the manager was fantastic and really helpful. And then this year we added to our collection. We’d moved and we bought in the Windsor location. Paul and Lucy were amazing. Got me the pieces I wanted. Suggested colours and we bought an umbrella as well. Can’t say enough good. Oh and CR Plastics is a Canadian company in Stratford and uses pop bottles in their manufacturing. Win win all around.

The Patio Palace has the best balcony bistro sets that come in a variety of colours, shapes and sizes. Their showroom also displays numerous conversation and sitting areas, barbeques and fireplaces. Anything you could possibly want for your backyard or balcony paradise. We returned 10 years after purchasing our first set and purchased another. Highly recommend you ask for Debrah! Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

I purchased patio furniture from Patio Palace and had a great experience. Not only did they carry the best quality furniture but they were so helpful and informative in helping me furnish my entire backyard. Debra, the sales person was so pleasant and helpful to deal with and was extremely patient with my many requests, changes and questions.
