The guys are wonderful at Westside Auto last year (December). My car was having issues and when I called they kindly let me drop my car off but they made no promises that they could look at it today. Well, they not only looked at it but let me know that it was the icy roads that were giving my tires grief as the traction control was going off and they told me that the tires trends were on the low side. Such great service I am very impressed and so glad they helped me out that day. Just awesome !!

Called them at 4:15 to ask about a new issue I was experiencing. They were closing at 5pm but said if I could make it down there, they would take a look at it right away. I got there 15 mins later, they took my keys and literally 10 minutes later I was out of there with no more water leaking into my vehicle from some clogged A/C tube - and no charge. Quick, efficient, honest customer service. This was my first experience with them, but definitely won't be my last! Thank you guys.

These guys are great! They got me in quick, gave fantastic customer service, and provided me with reliable recommendations on where to take my vehicle to complete outstanding recalls to resolve the issue. Thank you so much to Gerry especially, as he went above and beyond and really helped reduce some of the strain I've been under with the car issues. Happy to have found a trustworthy automotive repair shop in Maple Ridge!

Had an inspection done on my AC, i was charged for minor parts and filling of the system $420, 3days later AC stops working, now they want $2150 for repairs and did not offer any money back for the problems the mechanic overlooked the first time, so was my daughter and I breathing in the toxins of his negligence
