On March 20, I had a really bad car accident. I started looking for different vehicles shortly after. I went to a few different car dealerships looking for a car. I ended up searching on the internet and I found something that I wanted to check out. I called Caspian Auto and spoke to a gentleman named Tony, and made an appointment with him. A few days later, he called me back that somebody's finances were not in order, thus the car was still available. The next day I went to see him to see the car. From the first moment we met, I liked the guy. Very friendly, very social, and a happy family man. He showed me the car, let me go for a test drive without hesitation. I pointed to him some defects of the vehicle, and he promised to take care of it. He called the owner of the place who was a very polite person. He promised to take care of the vehicle for me and he kept his promise. At the end, I bought the vehicle which was not the one I was looking for. I'd like to thank all the staff who were involved in this process of making sure the vehicle is safe to drive. Special thanks to Tony who took care of all my worries. Buying a used car for our university student was a great experience! The car was delivered in great condition, spotlessly clean and exactly as promised. But more importantly when a problem was discovered a few days after receipt it was repaired immediately. This is a great dealership and I can’t recommend it enough. Pleasant, honest, helpful people to deal with! Thank you so much to everyone involved.

The owner is not honest. I have seen his vehicles for months always in the same place dust on most of them. The owner said he had a vehicle I was interested in inside the garage for work being done I get to the lot 3 minutes after talking to him and nothing was removed from inside the vehicle the other vehicles weren't moved in order to get to the one I asked about. And while I stood on his lot calling him. The owner did not pick up the phone. NOT HONEST DON'T TRUST A PERSON WHO LIES TO YOU THAN IGNORES YOUR CALL WHEN YOU ARE RIGHT THERE. You are the right one. No mistake. Nice try

The owner seemed honest and fair but problems started as soon as the car left the lot. the next day the traction contol activated suddenly while driving on the highway. After fixing it out of his pocket" the issues kept coming. I got the car when it was still cold and forgot to check the AC system which is my own fault. The owner of course did not inform me of this and now I was quoted $1200+ in 2 mechanic shops to replace the broken compressor. The owner was responsive via text until I texted him about this issue. No response since."
