We moved here a while ago. We had a lot of issues with the suite like broken air conditioning and overall dirty suite, but the staff helped so much and it was fixed quickly! The staff are so kind and informative and act almost like friends! Love the location and all the things that help like the dog areas and playgrounds. The only thing I have issues with is loud dogs and the kid above us being VERY loud, sometimes it sounds like he throws all his body weight onto the floor, but the staff can't do much about that. Overall good place!

My husband and I have lived here for 4 years now and aside from the odd stomping and jumping from the kids above us it is a fairly quiet building. The maintenance staff are okay. The apt suites themselves are great. Pretty good sound proofing around us. The kitchen cupboards are bad for breaking on the hinges and the patio blinds are notorious for breaking/falling off.Overall for the price we pay we love it here.

we have lived in the Henderson meadows buildings for 5 months and were always fell happy and safe . All the staffs so helpful and friendly. I have a really good neighbor too. I love this Place. An apartment is big and clean, a lot nature light.

Washed the windows....replaced my washing machine....check in on how everything is working. Great place to live with outstanding staff. Carrie, Orlando, Joefrey. Well done.

I currently reside in the broadstreet properties apartments on N Galloway St.I am so impressed with how great management has been. Carrie has been nothing short of amazing and is always responsive and accommodating when their are concerns or issues. She’s so helpful and really wonderful to deal with.The maintenance person for my building (Orlando) is honestly the best! My dishwasher was having issues and he came back the same day 4 times until he figured out what was wrong and fixed it. He was also in the parking lot when my car wouldn’t start and stopped to give me a boost when he saw I needed one. They honestly go above and beyond what they need to. I’m so grateful for him.You can definitely see they care about their tenants. I would highly recommend renting here if you are looking.

we have lived in the henderson meadows buildings for 3+ years and overall the experience has been very mixed. they sometimes randomly mess with the building fire alarms during the daytime without any notice (this actually happened today for the 5th or 6th time since we moved to this particular building). maintenance requests can be slow for even the most minor issues, often taking up to or over a month for simple things like blind slats, appliance bulb replacements and minor inspections. that being said, we once needed a carbon monoxide detector replacement during off-hours and maintenance was out within the hour to change it, and the employee that did the exchange was great. it can be very hit or miss when it comes to maintenance requests.also, i'm not sure if it's a common happening but the few times i have spoken with a customer care representative it took over 45 minutes and multiple calls to get through to someone (even when the IVR said there was only one person ahead, the call disconnected 7 or 8 times in a row and i had to call back each time, finally getting through after about 50 minutes) and when i did finally get through they spoke in a very condescending tone, constantly interrupted and were ultimately not very helpful at all. it could have just been that particular employee, i haven't called enough to experience anyone else. it's much easier to just speak to the building manager.the location itself has some merits in the form of on site employees but in the grand scheme of things it has been a very mediocre experience

We rented with Henderson Meadows for a short period between the sale and purchase of our new home. The site manager Carrie made moving in and moving out a breeze. I believe she went beyond her job description in helping us as we hadn’t rented in so long. I recommend you dealing with Carrie any day of the week.

We have lived here for about 2 years and have just recently moved into a bigger suite at the same location. The transition was smooth and anything that needed to be fixed or repaired was done so promptly.The building Manager Lisa-Marie is and has always had an open door policy. Anything we have ever needed gets done right away and she always ensures we are happy. Lisa-Marie is by far the best building Manager I have ever dealt with. Broadstreet Properties should consider her to be an asset on their team. I hope Lisa-Marie remains at this location for as long as we live here, because I know as long as she is here we will be well taken care of.I would highly recommend living here. I have both friends and colleagues who also live at this location. Great location, new build, spacious layout, and amazing staff.

We live in Henderson meadows for 6 years. My husband and i made it our home until we finally decided to move into another city. Having it our home and us building our family their was an experience we will always remember. From moving with our dog until having our two kids henderson meadows was behind us providing us a safe and comfortable place for our family to grow. Upon leaving the apartment i thought it would be very stressful imagine the repairs for a family of two young kids and two dogs but i was wrong it was a breeze. Thank you so much carrie for being such a big help. We are blessed that you are our site manager. And to the rest of the team thank you for being there for us always. Starting and building our family with you guys was an amazing experience.

Currently living in one of the apartments. The site managers at the Regina North location are amazing to deal with. The actual apartments are spacious and have great layout. Anytime I have friends over they comment on how cute of an apartment it is:)
