Last month the water heater from a rental unit stopped working after 17 years, and my tenant did not have hot water. I just phoned Lazar, he was very empathic with the situation and very responsive. He provided me with quick estimate with the help of a couple of pictures, he then just got in contact with the tenant, and replaced the water heater. This was great for me as I was out of town. And he was able to solve this problem for me and my tenants were happy that they had hot water quickly.Since I was happy with his services, I contacted him again last week with a problem I had with my Garburator, and he was again very helpful in suggesting a couple of options on how to solve the problem, and he did it quickly, always on time, and efficient. Very happy to recommend him!!

Lazar and his team are experts at their job and they know what needs to be done only with a few pictures. We had them replace our kitchen faucet and remove a garbage disposal. They did an awesome job on both.No surprise that they are busy all the time as they provide a very good service. At the same time they do their best to prioritize emergency jobs and work around your schedule. They definitely care about their costumers and that's what makes them stand out. I definitely recommend them.

When I was trying to find a plumber to come fix a leak in my bathroom I couldn’t get any replies from other places but Lazar answered my phone call immediately. I had apparently called the Altrex Plumbing Richmond location but I live in downtown and he was still able to come the same day and find out where the problem was.When he found the problem he realized he didn’t have the parts to fix it that day but he assured me he would help me find the parts as soon as possible and he would be back to fix the leak and told me not to worry. Within 2 days he had found the part and had come back to fix everything! He was so kind and explained what the problem was to me so I could understand and even answered the different questions I had about other plumbing related issues that came up.I am very glad that I called Altrex Plumbing in Richmond and I am so happy with their service!

Lazar is quick at responding to the job request and showed up really fast. He is professional and courteous. The plumbing issue was resolved with minimum disruption and hassle. We would definitely recommend him and use his service again if the need ever arises.

As with most plumbing issues, they happen when you least expect it. We called Lazar late in the evening for a service call and he showed up very quickly. My Delta Touch kitchen faucet has decided to act up and stop working on this snow day. Lazar is so kind and agrees to come take a look despite the inclement weather as he has a cancellation. He came prepared with a new faucet but he managed to fix my faucet after some diligent work. He is knowledgeable, honest and a true professional. Lazar saved my life. I live in a house that's over 100 years old so the plumbing is worn down. My male roommate doesn't know the 4 square toilet paper rule so he's been using it by the fistfuls and our plumbing can't handle it. The toilet was clogged for a week! A friend of mine recommended this company and told me to ask for Lazar and he came down faster than any plumber I've ever had to deal with. I was an absolute nervous wreck about pricing (because my landlord wont pay for the whole thing) so not only did he arrive in a timely manner, he has the best customer service skills of anyone I've ever met. He calmed me down when I was crying thinking about all the bad possibilities AND it was affordable! I wish I could give Lazar specifically these 5 stars, and I hope I can cross paths with him again to get him a coffee or something to show my thanks. Best plumber you'll ever meet. Period.

I have been using Lazar as my plumber for a little over 3 years. Lazar provides exceptional work, customer service and respects the property he is in. One thing about Lazar, he is very committed and determined to the jobs. He has been showing up at all hours to my properties, if he says he will be there, he will be there. Anytime I need anything done with my plumbing I only call these guys. I've never had any issues with them, I trust them in my house. They follow all COVID safety protocols, and are super friendly!
