Norgate Animal Hospital

I have been coming to Norgate for years. They have been always super friendly. They are especially great for animals that need support in an emergency setting. The only reason I’m giving 4/5 is I do find them to be a bit pricey. Overall great vet!

The staff made a great job.Even though is not cheap, everything was well explained and gave me a lot of confidence to leave Loki in their hands.

I want to say that Dr Danny and his lovely nurse Claire, did such an amazing job putting my Dolly to sleep in my own home. Not many places offer this service. As soon as I opened the door for him, he went straight to my Dolly to show her love. He caressed her and talked to her. His gentle demeanor kept her relaxed. He let me be with her while he continued his work and explained every step of the way. He was patient until we all said our goodbyes to her. Dolly left us very peacefully without any complications. He did not charge me that day and said i could pay when the ashes would be ready within 2 weeks. He carefully wrapped her body with respect and offered his condolences. My cat has been treated multiple times at Norgate Animal Hospital. Customer care is excellent and has always exceeded our expectations. I am thankful for this place, which has made a huge difference for our cat.

I was in the area and needed a vet last minute. This vet office was very accommodating to my needs. The Dr that saw my dog was in a word superb. Very attentive and very patient with my not so cooperative German Shepard. The dr was five star plus all the way from initial assessment to treatment of my boy. I was very appreciative of his attentiveness to my guy. In short BEST vet I have come across. Thank you

Was really disappointed with the lack of care here! When you love and care for your pets so much, it is especially difficult when they are uncared for. The Dr. here did not even take a moment to try and get to know my pet before rushing through a procedure.I was also met with a bill that had things on there that were UNNECESSARY. For example, a bandage that cost $50! Another vet had told me that putting a bandage was unnecessary as a small wound should have some air to help it heal. We were also pushed to purchase medications without explanations.

We trust that the veterinary care is exceptional and caring every time our fur-babies visit Norgate Animal Hospital. Everyone on staff is caring and helpful - even when it is very busy... I trust that the Dr. is knowledgeable and will do his best for the most effective course of treatment.

Excellent service. Accomodating in setting appointments. Great care. We have 4 kitties, and would not take them to anywhere else.

My dog was sick repeatedly. This hospital did all the tests and took time to explain how I needed to change his diet.I saw 3 different vets here.Ordinarily when you see different vets, even at the same place, it’s like you start all over once again. Typically drs. don’t bother to read the notes or review the history and tests in the files, just flying by the seat of their pants. Here they’re diligent about reviewing the records: each one read the test results and other doctors’ notes before examining my dog and probing for further info with me. I really appreciated their due diligence.I also love that I can be in the room with him which some vets no longer allow since Covid-19. They’re the best vet on the North shore and they’re open 7 days a week, unlike others. Highly recommended! So glad I found them !

This place was really nice and the staff were all really friendly! The vets do a great job thoroughly checking for any problems/concerns we have and provide really helpful tips and solutions :DBonus points for the store pet hehe.
