Very very bad company.They owe me 197 dollars.But do not want to pay.Also their premium is high.Whenever u call them .. they will talk very nicely to you and do buttering.But in reality very bad ...Devil

NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!Had the worst experience with this insurance company. I was a loyal customer for three years with auto and tenant policy.I went away for a few months, put my vehicle on fire and theft policy. However, my bank card got blocked due to a fraudulent activity noted on it. This company canceled my insurance due to nonpayment. I provided them the letter from the bank explaining in detail that I was not at fault and had sufficient amount in the bank. Still they wouldn’t consider it or ask what is more needed. I work as a community nurse and car is an asset, these people gave me a really hard time. I would suggest all my friends and coworkers who are with cooperators to move to a different company and not recommend them to anybody. Also, they do not answer all your questions, asked about tenants policy, No answer yet!!! They always said that they will call back, never happened. They want to issue me a new policy with an increment of $100 each month and do not want to reinstate when I am at no fault.

The people here were super helpful, and amazing to communicate with!My quotes were better than I had planned for and the customer service had me wishing I had switched over sooner!

Staff is nice and the insurance seems good. Policies are decently priced to the best of my knowledge. Lina is willing to schedule outside of regular business hours to accommodate your schedule. Make sure you confirm appointments or else they dont show up.

I've been with lina and company since I started driving 6 years ago. I have nothing but good things to say about her and the team. Haven't had a single problem in those 6 years and I don't expect any in the next 6. Highly responsive in general and not pushy when signing up for new insurance. My rates have dropped very nicely after my time with them as well. That's pretty much all I ask for in an insurance company, insurance should be simple and they make it so.
