I purchased a recliner the beginning of December 2022. It was delivered Dec 20 and significantly damaged upon delivery (paint from wall - scratches - dents on the wood). They did give a small discount instead of a repair after 12 weeks. In addition, once they have your info - they will pester/harass you with offer after offer" and not remove you from their databank."

Austin was very helpful in suggesting possible recliner rocking chairs for us. We were so impressed with his careful listening and knowledge of the possible options to fit our needs best, that we came back a week later for another purchase.

I just went in to browse for a new couch. I had no intention of purchasing anything. The manager came over to explain that they were really busy, could she help with questions until a sales rep was available. A sales representative came over within minutes did not intrude, helped with my questions and let me explore. Good customer service.

The La-Z-Boy Kitchener Store is like a furniture wonderland and the service team there is exceptionally attentive but never pushy. We visited the store just for a browse at the end of April and Georgia, the sales consultant, pleasantly showed us around to look at different types of small scale furnitures that might fit in our small condo space. She invited us to sit on different chairs for the feel. She even gave us different catalogues to take home. We came back to the store at the end of June to have another look at the smallest recliner that Georgia recommended. Georgia was on vacation, but another sales consultant, Nancy (Nahide Sen), took care of us right on the spot. Nancy was very helpful, attentive, and extremely patient with us even up to the store closing time. She answered all our questions and guided us through the fabric section. After we placed the order and left, Nancy even took extra step to verify whether the model in stock has all the features that we specifically want. Thank you Nancy and your Sales Manager for making everything workout to our satisfaction at the end.

Very impressed with the expertise we received from Austin and Melissa. They both worked at ensuring we were satisfied with our choices that were made and spent a great deal of time with us. We would not hesitate to continue to shop at La-Z-Boy and highly recommend our Sales Consultant Austin Chestnut, who is extremely knowledgeable and thorough.

I brought my Mom in to look at massage recliners. Nadia was so helpful to show them to us. The store had a great selection. We ordered a massage recliner and will most likely go back to order a second chair and possibly more!

Very pleasant atmosphere to browse all the furnishings. Our Sales Associate (Nadia Furfaro) was very pleasant and informative. Items have just been delivered as expected and on time. This is not our first purchase at LAZBOY and it won’t be our last.Thank you again, Nadia.

I’ve made 3 phone calls in a week to this store giving a detailed concern asking the manager to return my call.Day nine, I finally speak with the manager.Long story short, I was deceived at the time of my purchase in buying the extended warranty only now to find out the warranty does not cover what I was told it would.I was specifically told the warranty covered pet scratches, I had a puppy at the time and did not hesitate to purchase the warranty.The written warranty is given to the consumer AFTER the purchase.The manager tells me sales personnel are trained to be forthright in what the warranty dies and does not cover. This was not case for me.The manager pacified me during our phone conversation with my concerns.I asked for the warranty cost to be refunded.Instead I receive an email with a store credit of half the warranty cost.Good customer service = repeat customer service… I’m not pleased with the service or their integrity.

I had a great salesperson named Nadia who was extremely pleasant and helpful. She was quick to get answers and very easy to deal with. i did most of my shopping with her over the phone. She used technology to communicate and send information which made it easy to do the transaction with her. Because of her attention to detail and her willingness to work with you on the pricing we purchased our piece of furniture. A few weeks later i went into the store and took my mom who was needing a new chair. Nadia made the experience extremely pleasant for my mom and helped her pick out the perfect chair she was looking for. Again she did what she could with the pricing and made the paperwork seamless. We have bought other furniture from her since and she will always be my first call when i'm thinking i might need a new piece of furniture. i have never had a salesperson so pleasant and easy to deal with.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! This is an honest and straight up review. My wife bought a $4000 couch and we had it delivered to our new home. The couch was delivered by a contracted delivery company. Upon delivery, there was a screw sticking out of the foot of the couch. It was placed and adjusted in my living room all while scratching my brand new custom floors. Lazy Boy took absolutely no responsibility and put the onus on the delivery driver. The cost of the floor repair was ultimately covered by the delivery company, but Lazy Boy took absolutely no responsibility. I had a damaged floor for almost a year as I had to wait for wood planks and needed to take a day off work to have them installed. Ultimately this company has terrible customer service and is not customer focused. Trust me, I know after numerous calls with the store and head office.
