I used Kevin’s service for the first time and was blown away by his knowledge and skill. I gave him a call to inquire about having a broken key removed from a lock. He was at the location within a half hour of my call and quickly had it removed. A few days later, I needed his service again for another lock that had been damaged and needed to be removed. The lock he had to remove was one of the highest level security locks. He had it off in no time. He made what felt like the impossible, possible. Completely stress free, so professional, honest and reasonable in price. I could not say enough good things about Kevin and the service he provided. He went above and beyond expectations. I will be calling him again for the next one.

I purchased a Nest Yale lock for my front door but ran into a problem during installation. I called Kevin who showed up right away to size the bore hole correctly and he stayed to complete the install. Top drawer service, would highly recommend.
