I was very disapointed with the 3 piece meal, no coleslaw , chicken very small and very dry and over cooked. It will have to improve before I will go back again.

My husband and I stopped in for lunch today. We were not impressed. The staff in the kitchen were obnoxiously loud and it was so annoying. They didn’t stop the whole time we were there. Sounded like we were in a day care centre. Where was the manager. I ordered the plant based chicken sandwich and my husband had the three piece chicken dinner. His chicken was mostly breaded and my sandwich had so much mayonnaise on it it pored out when I took a bite. I had to scrape three quarters of it off. And then ended up throwing it out. GROSS. UNPROFFESIONAL MISMANAGED. I can’t believe I gave them a one star but it wouldn’t let me post unless I rated it.

The woman who took our order was wonderful. She was even able to get me hot water to make tea with. I really appreciated that gesture.

I have had good and not so good experiences here, and of course you cannot expect an absolute 100 per cent success rate with things like changing staff/students working there temporarily etc. Etc...but overall more good than negative. I do need to point out that there is one member of staff who stands out because he is ALWAYS just beaming positivity when I arrive!! Friendly, smiling and upbeat; Devin G. really does go above and beyond to make sure the customers are happy(ie. Is even willing to cook the chicken strips a little extra for us!:) )

Wednesday August 10th, 2022 just went to pick up supper! Girl at the cash was new but making an effort! The young lady behind the counter making food and putting the orders together was exceptional! She knows her job very well and it shows!

Love KFC but this location needs help. Not enough people working and trash was piled up plus tables werent clean. Otherwise food was great and atmosphere was nice.

My wife and i were here yesterday, we ordered a 10 pc bucket and a bacon lovers box combo.We were waiting for almost more then 15 min for our food after we ordered. We were starting to get really annoyed when we saw 10 other customers come in and get their food while we were still waiting. So we went up and complained and They said that our order never showed up in the queue in the kitchen. So they had to use the receipt because they had SOO MANY orders. By the time we got our food we had been there for almost 30 min.Ridiculous.

Went to kfc bloomfield for the 4th time and all 4 times I’ve had to walk out after waiting over 45 minutes giving them the benefit of the doubt only to receive no food and go to a different restaurant for better service
