Went recently to get some blood work done. The lady at front desk was really nice, although when I got my blood work done, I got brushed and had lots of pain afterwards.This happens all the time when I come here.

5 *STARS* for Fatima my blood tech! Extremely professional and so gentle with the needle that I didn't even feel the slightest pinch!! A++Rated my experience 4 stars overall because though I had an appointment, the location is now open to walk ins and the space is TINY. Wall to wall people in the waiting area and in the HALLWAY!! This is not conducive for preventing infection, too many people in a small space.

I came as a walk-in and I was surprised how fast I had my blood test done.I looked at the LifeLabs app and noticed that the waiting time was about 3 minutes. I went there and was attended to within seconds.The staff are amazing and efficient.The lab is very clean.Look for the entrance with the Life Labs sign.

At the previous lab on Speers Rd, there was sufficient space and seating which is lacking in the new location . Asian female on reception need to become acquainted with Canadian norms e.g. PLEASE and THANK YOU - very rude!

Efficient and quick...it seemed crowded when I arrived, but I was able to get my blood work done and be on my way in 15 minutes, even though I didn't have an appointment.

Poorly run, extremely slow. The wait time clock started at 31 minutes, after 20 minutes it went up to 41 minutes. Asked if there were any problems, they said no, is simply extremely poorly managed.

My visit yesterday was very disappointing to my wife and myself.My 3 years old son experienced a very painful time while the lab stuff tried hard to find the right vein, after several attempts they left the little boy with blue marks on his arms.This morning I toke him to the lab on Hurontario with Dundas and the lady there was so expert and professional where she took many blood samples very smoothly in a painless way. My son didn’t cry at all.

I walked in without an appointment and 10 minutes later, was on my way. I didn’t even feel the needle go in (thanks, Fatima). My doctor was in touch with me a day later with the results. No complaints here!

The mid aged south asian lady at reception is very rude and impatient , she has this strong Indian accent, when you have trouble following what she said, she immediately turn irritated and yell at you. Just don't go to this lifelabs, because you may be the next one abused by this reception lady.

Review is for the Lifelabs. Stars are for the check-in which was friendly and fast. Zero stars for the way the cubicles are set up. No privacy. You are in full view of people in the waiting room. Also, bruised and pain afterwards. Won't be back.
