The service they provide is excellent but not 5 stars this time as though taken appointment in advance had to wait almost more than half an hour for just threading.

Do NotGo!The worst experience ever.Doesn't worth it...despite it is a very very old built salon, extremely poor customer service, I took my son for a haircut, the lady with long blond hair didn't even greet us, I am a muslim woman with a head cover and instanty the hair dresser profiled me, she didn't want to greet us, moreover I showed her a photo for what the hairstyle I want for my son and told her to set the machin for number 2, she started cutting my son's hair at number 1 without even telling me, when I saw it too short I asked her which number was that, she said one, I said but I told you number 2 she said and I quote her ( you show me a photo I do the photo only you are not allowed to modify or anything ) and she was shouting at me, I asked her 3 times to lower her voice and stop shouting and she refused till I had to tell her If she doesn't stop shouting am calling the police.Such a racist and horrible experience in a very old salon.I moved recently to Quebec and am shocked how the level of customer service is.... It is a disgrace!!!

The hairdresser was not polite.

I clearly explained how I wanted my eyebrows done, not thin simply cleaned up. I asked multiple times the lady if she understood my needs and she said yes. Upon completion, come to find out, she made them extremely thin. I asked she if she understood me earlier she answered but it looks nice, it's not fashion anymore to have them thick. I paid and never placed food there again.

Arian has been doing my eyebrows for the past few years. She is the best. Love her work. ❤️

Really bad service, i called in advence but the person who cut hair wasnt there. Badly organized. The person who told us the news could call us in advance but didn't and they were really rude. I hope they can change their badly behavior. If i could put zero stars i would.
