We have been using JP Grease Trap at Hawthorne Food and Drink to service our grease trap for about two years and the experience has been excellent every month. We had a very old grease trap, they changed it in one morning. Perfect, clean job. They are professional and pleasant!I only have good things to say.

This is a scam! The worst customer service and most unprofessional and dishonest.Called in for grease trap cleaning and booked an appointment for Thursday morning after providing them all the details requested, a week prior to the appointment.Wednesday evening got a call saying they will be there in the morning to do the grease trap cleaning but they will be charging $100 extra.When asked why? He responded saying because we did not agree to clean it every month. But we had already discussed that in the initial call that I will not be cleaning my grease trapper every month as we are not that busy. After that we agreed on the price.So I canceled the service due to the additional $100 cost he just imposed a few hours before the service. Then he started cursing, calling me axxhole and said not to be last minute jerk...I was like who was last minute jerk if anyone?I am convinced all these good ratings are from friends and family

JP Grease Trap is the best in the business. They are second to none in their dependability and service. They are a fantastic company to work with and we see them as a partner more than a vendor. Would highly recommend them.

Top notch service! Just had our grease interceptor cleaned this morning. We've got a restaurant here in Hamilton, Ontario called Yimee's. The service man was on time early in the morning, he was very professional and polite. He did a clean job and was very quick at his work. We will be using these guys every month from now on. So far we used JP Services twice. Both incidents were nothing but Perfectly executed and professionally done. SP Services have great team, very fast and know this business inside out. We called this company on Friday and they took all of my info and booked me for Wednesday and on Wednesday we are waiting for them till 4.00 pm and no one showed up and when I called them for an update someone on call told me we are not coming anymore. Seriously this is how you guys treating your customers.

Have been doing business with JP Grease Trap Service for over 3 years. We have 9 Dominos location and JP services all of them. Prompt, great service and professional all the time. JP provides excellent customer service and is very responsive. Highly recommend.

We had hired this company come to service our grease trap monthly, but today we had to call an emergency plumber to solve a bug infestation in the trap that cause it to overflow and not function properly, spilling water everywhere and making it a hellish workday for our employees.The grease trap had been last serviced by them 19 days ago. When confronting this company, they claimed that they knew it was there FOR MONTHS and we used their services and did not alert us that there was a problem. When asked how they could neglect such a huge bug nest (and in turn, not service our trap properly,) they responded with we're not a pest control company."
