I've had a wonderful experience dealing with End of the Roll! Sam helped me out in store and was patient and knowledgeable. He qualified and narrowed down the options for the correct carpet and underlay we need for our dog-friendly house. I must say they have wonderful customer service as I did reschedule my installation date a few times and Brian was quick to help. The installers were Windmill Flooring and the 2 guys they sent were great as well, very respectful to us and our contractors (as we had on-going renos) and insisted they finish the job the same day even though it may have been a tiring summer day for them. Big pro: barely any tool marks on the walls! Great experience beginning to end and I'll be back for more, highly recommended!

If I could give the staff here at end of the roll 6 stars I would! The staff, especially the owner Sam was very approachable and knowledgeable about the different flooring choices they offer at end of the roll.He treated me very well and was very patient with me when it came to answering my questions. He even provided tips on installation which will go a long way!Throughout my experience at end of the roll, I never once felt pressured and by the time I left I knew I was making a well informed decision when it came to my flooring.I will 100% be back and I would 100% recommend the end of the roll Coquitlam store! You're doing everything right Sam and your customers appreciate you!
