I drove in to Stratford Kia without an appointment and Kelsey the advisor took great care of me And my concerns. She explained thoroughly some safety features I had questions about and she even replaced my cabin filter for me! I would highly recommend going to see her at Stratford Kia! She’s generally the best and so helpful!

Shopping for a car is stressful, I was after something specific but I was open to small changes just so I can get in a vehicle. I saved a few different locations with the vehicle I was after and drove an hour to Stratford to see the one I thought had the best shot, and I couldn’t have been happier with my decision. Right away I was greeted and taken care of, Jordan was nothing but kind and honest and worked a with me to get a fair deal. I did buy a used car so I added a couple add ins with Kenny and he went above and beyond my expectations!The vehicle needed a brake service but they ended up replacing all the brakes instead, again, I am extremely relieved I went here.Like the ad says, it is 100% worth the drive to Stratford Kia.

I love my car but I don’t like the service from Stratford KIA. I’ve been asking Jordan about winter tires since August and he still hasn’t gotten back to me. All I get are excuses. Even after giving him the 10 star review he asked for. Which by the way I was really disappointed with some of the things I discovered completing that survey. I feel like I was taken advantage of as a first time buyer and being a single “obviously clueless” female.
