Fraserway RV - Edmonton

Honestly if I could give 6 stars I would for their service department! Incredibly helpful, thoughtful and helped solved my problems in no time. Their work is marked with honest integrity and their service staff are genuine and down to earth! Special shout out to Jackie (front desk) and Jason (service) who went out of their way to help me out! I would highly recommend this location.

Don't ask these people to sell your RV. They will promise to sell it for top dollar just taking their commission. They will then tell you there are multiple problems with it that need fixing and there service department will try and stick you with a massive bill. After 3 months they will kick you off the lot. They even managed to damage all the electrics on my RV while it was there.

The good: our salesperson Jared and Finance gal TracyThe Bad: the Sales Manager who makes the buyer feel worthless.Conclusion: we had to walk away from purchasing a $80,000 5th Wheel. Why? Carpet had been patched badly. We simply asked to have the small amount of carpet replaced. They said no. This EXACT unit was available in Calgary for $10,000 less. We preferred to deal locally, but Edmonton stuck to their high price (they blamed the US exchange rate lol)

Overall the entire experience was very positive. None of the pressure sales tactics were used. I recommend Fraserway RV Edmonton!

They were very good about getting me in short notice as I was only in Edmonton for a few days. They did a great job. Every concern was taken care of in a timely and professional manner. The service people were polite and helpful and kept me update as to the status of my repair. Only concern was the cost ... I probably don't know what went into the repair, but it was roughly twice what I expected, and this was primarily due to labour coats that seemed a bit high per hour... but then I don't live in Edmonton, nor have I repaired my trailer in Edmonton before, so maybe I just am not aware of local prices for RV repair! Great place overall.

Overall great experience. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was top notch, from our salesman Jared, to the finance department, the friendly people at reception and the guys out back in the yard!

Highly recommend going here. Our salesman helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Ontop of that, the management agreed to fix some minor issues with the trailer (it was used), plus they gave me the benefit of doubt when it came to a misunderstanding in our communication, and honored what I thought they meant. When we brought it into the service department, they also bent over backwards for me. This was my first trailer purchase, and I will definitely go back here when I upgrade.

BUYERS BEWARE! If you can, avoid these guys. Shady at best. Selling garbage campers and trailers to good, honest people and then they'll screw you around when it comes to repairs. They barely know what they're doing. The sales man barely knew the unit (I knew more from google and it was his job to know). After purchasing the brand new unit, the fridge died before it had a chance to live.... it was replaced.... 3 times. The roof leaked after a year. Water came through the pot lights above the bed. When I brought it in on warranty repairs, they claimed they had fixed it only for me to find out (after it sitting in storage for the winter covered) that they in fact did nothing to it and upon further investigation, the damage was far more severe. Almost as if they didn't even investigate the first time and were trying to run out the warranty. So, got it back to them barely in time for it to be still considered warranty work but this time they said they wanted to purchase it back from me after the repairs. Thrilled I decided to sell the truck. Are you ready for the surprise? They claimed they fixed it but said they have a buying freeze and can't buy it back.. SURPRISE. So I scrambled to find storage again (I moved out of province) and they said they would deliver the unit. When I went to check on it and give them the location for drop off, I noticed that they infact did not complete the work. The pot lights still had water in them. I'm not even sure they fixed the water damage at all. So I gave them a location and made sure the spot was cleared for drop off.... they never came. Instead they emailed me to tell me they were going to charge me storage fees for not picking up the unit they said they were delivering.... I had to come back again, get a tow truck company to come move it only to find out that the happy Jack system is no longer working, the batteries are dead, and the solar panels seem like they're no longer connected. It went to them in perfect working order and that's how they sent it back. They are garbage to their customers and if I could give them negative stars, I would.

“Ed” outstanding representative for Fraserway Lacombe. No pressure, as we could not decide on which trailer to buy. He showed us a few options and left us to wonder in and out at our own pace. From start to finish our experience was top notch. And we are happy to say we went away happy and the owners of a new trailer. Thank you very much Fraserway!!

I can't say enough about the service we received from the TEAM at the Edmonton location. Unfortunately we had an awful experience with the Abbotsford location... BUT WOW did Edmonton, (Jackie, Don & along with the GM from Edmonton) ever turn that around, they were AMAZING. From the MOMENT we dropped off our trailer, to the Lengthy process of dealing with previous issues (NONE of which were from AB) Jackie kept me in the loop on the issues and the repairs. I was extremely frustrated and upset when we first dropped the trailer, however she was so understanding and just listened to our concerns. We purchase a brand new trailer in 2018/2019 as we have MANY years ahead camping with our family. Jackie and team completely understood and agreed that what had taken place elsewhere wasn't right.. and BOY did they make it Right :-) ABSOLUTELY recommend Fraser way Edmonton.. especially if your wanting amazing customer service AFTER you purchase your RV.
