Local and family run, outstanding customer service, friendly and responsive.Had a great experience at this store, they are very knowledgeable and have just about every smart home item you could ask for. I was an existing fan of Philips Hue, and they had everything I need to make me feel like a child in a candy shoppe.Not only are their prices cheaper than anyone else in Canada, they also offer online shipping at a flat rate. If you are a fan, or interested in smart home accessories, this is the place to shop, period.I will no doubt be a returning customer! If you are looking for 'brand new' or 'sealed' product then I would advise you to scrutinize carefully. All the Hue products I was presented with lacked seals and flaps were torn, indicating that package had been opened before.The Hue bulbs I looked at were in good condition and fairly priced, just not exactly what was advertised. Heads up to anyone that may end up wasting their time like I didEdit: I have purchased Hue products from both Amazon and Kijiji in the past, Hue always provides a seal on their packaging and certainly the flaps would not be torn (if indeed unopened). You mightve been misled by your supplier but I can guarantee all the Hue bulbs shown to me were opened beforehand.
