Yet again, GSA and their team of professionals prove to be responsive, empathetic, and efficient. A leak from the plumbing stack affected my kitchen floor, Within hours of my reporting it, the damage was assessed and steps taken to resolve the multi-layered challenges. The superintendent and the plumber coordinated with other services to address the situation promptly and with empathy for my understandable upset. So grateful for the excellence of GSA oversight.

Matthew Atkin is has done a terrible job managing our complex 400 Mississauga Valley Blvd. he essentially allows residents to do whatever they want and do not enforce any rules. Tenants do not park properly on their driveway, they refuse to do anything. Residents park their personal cars in visitor parking. He doesn’t do anything. Residents leave sharp objects that result in deflating tire again he does not do anything. This man and this company’s inaction on these issues is truly terrible

Worst property management i have ever seen.I live in 2170 Bromsgrove road townhouse and this company manages common area.Their response is not very likely.My townhouse has mould in attic roof and corporation is just keep making excuses to repair it even though it is covered under corporation.

I agree with others when it comes to the positive comments about GSA I think they are all fake. The negative reviews show clear examples of the issues a home owner can and will encounter with this company.Gsa was hired to take over for our previous management company that could not do the job of management for our quite large corporation and right off the get go they failed with snow removal and management of the landscaping company that was hired over the winter to clear our property of snow. On several occasions workers for the landscape company had to be told by property owners to clear snow and when contacting GSA and advising them that snow removal was not done correctly or advising them that it was not cleared and to advise the landscape company GSA would have an issue and they would take their time to return your call or not return it at all and tell you by email to contact them via email because they do not like to talk on the phone. They very unlikely to pick up the phone when you call them and are more likely to do any work via email only.They have no knowledge when it comes to rules and bylaws in general a perfect example is the current rat issue one worker @ GSA thinks it is a bylaw that bird feeders are not allowed on the property and states in a current email that they will contact bylaw officers to enforce said rule when it is not a bylaw and you are allowed to feed birds but you are advised to clean up spills of food so not to attract rats and no bird baths or otherwise should be used.Keeping in mind I have only given two examples of the kind of things that will occur with this company they are clearly not informed about any rules and regulations and just want to make their own and be very pushy and demanding thinking that you work for them when they clearly work for you.This company lacks any sort of ethics in the least and is not worth hiring them and if you do hire them beware as they will think they hired you as a corporation instead of you hiring them.Do yourself a favor and hire another company that knows and understands ethics and communication as well as rules and regulations as this company clearly does not. I wish google had a negative number for review as this company does not even deserve a one star.

Racist / Biased Property Manager - Jaclyn HowarthI have a big family. This lady sent me a harrassing/ threatening letter stating I am running a daycare out of my home and that if I didnt stop she would take legal action against me. I asked for evidence of allegations, didnt provide any. Instead changed the story that kids are being picked up and dropped off from my home ?!!! They are my kids. Didnt know its an offence to leave your home.Now she has a problem with my children playing in my front porch...not on the street unattended or on someone elses porch... I am using MY front porch as a playground for MY kids.Please be careful whoever hires these people and has this woman assigned to them. Seems shes racist, against families with children or anyone that has a life period.I am a doctor btw ... not running a daycare.

Had the displeasure of living in a complex that was ran by this company. They always went with the cheapest/shadiest of companies to perform maintenance for the complex wasting money and running it into the red. Instead of repaving the road they just filled the same potholes year after year. Instead of going with a decent company to fix the already useless roofs which needed replaced again they went with the lowest bidder and well you get what you pay for.You'd never know if you'd get help or not as sometimes repairs were done right away, other times they'd argue with you over the repairs or they'd just not send anyone at all. I never felt I was getting my money's worth out of the maint. fees but I'm sure they made good of it for their salaries.Do yourself a favor, before you decide on a complex make sure it's ran by a good management company. Talk to some of the residents. The first day we moved-in we were warned about it and we didn't heed their warning. So I'm passing this information along now in hopes that people will read this and use caution.

I have lived here for several years and I found our previous manager (Gary) and our current property manager, Kristy, to be transparent, fair to all, responsive, conversant about our condo rules and very knowledgeable of the condominium act.In speaking with many of my neighbours (a mix of original and new owners), it’s evident that many of the newer owners do not yet understand the differentiation of unit owner vs. corporation responsibilities and “who pays for what”. Thus, they are under the impression that the Corporation covers all unit repairs or replacements because they pay monthly maintenance fees, which simply isn’t how it works!I think Property Management has a job to do and they do it very competently. It’s easy to criticize, and it is usually done by those who don’t get their own way. But I’m a big believer in giving credit where credit is due, and I am very satisfied with the services GSA provides.
